Called for emergency furnace repair service and was informed that the make of our furnace no longer existed and a new competing york system would need to be installed because parts were no longer available. I didn't believe it since Bryant is a big name and I did not think they were likely to have gone under. Went online and found out that not only is Bryant still in the game, they're bigger than ever. This technician obviously saw us as easy prey because we told him we were students and our landlord essentially gave us a blank check to fix it. Called a competitor and he informed us that it was a very cutthroat business and we were obviously being preyed on. Dishonesty gets you no where and I hope this review can cause them to lose some business for deliberately lying to us. more
