We used this company on a recommendation from someone else. They knew we had some mess to clean up and made big promises. They ended up filing extensions for 2 years in a row. The worst was that they seemed relieved to hear it when we fired them. I guess the only good thing was that when we refused to pay our bill, they never hounded us. Hopefully they figured out why.
