Ross, Gerald A, Do - Coastal Ob/Gyn Specialists

Honestly only one person at this practice is great, but Dr.Yoo and Ross are not someone I recommend! It's like they rush you in, talk for a few minutes really fast, then ask if you have any questions, but when you want to ask it seems like they are trying to rush you out. The nurses make you feel uncomfortable, and you have to wait a while to be seen. The lady at the front desk doesn't even look at you. If you are looking for someone whom you can talk to about how you're feeling and like me have alot of questions being a first time mom, GO SOME WHERE ELSE! Trust me! more

Dr. Yoo & Dr. Ross are good doctors. Dr. Yoo is friendlier than Dr. Ross. I think they provide quality care. Their staff is excellent! The midwife that works there is awesome! I did not feel like the doctors ever remembered me from one visit to the next though. The care I recieved was good. I ended up with an emergency c-section, which was handeled VERY well. If you're looking for warm fuzzy care, don't go here. If you are looking for quality care this is the place. I never had to wait more than 20 minutes fro my appointment. I would not recommend her at all. The place was a little shabby I was just another patient basically. I went there and didn't expect there to be another person in the room when the exam was being done. I asked why she was there and her comment was what is the matter its not like she is looking at you. It was a little weird and she didn't ask me how I felt about it.. all she did was ask If I have ever been to the gyno. I thought that was funny if I have never been then why would I be asking why somebody else is there in the room with me.. anyways she didn't even ask me if I wanted the women to leave. It was an awful experience. I am never going back there! I understand know that some doctors do have there people in the rooms to help out during the exam. But I don't recommend her because she should know not all people are used to this. I of course was not, and she made me feel like it didn't matter if I liked it or not the person was going to stay in the room.\r more
