I had my wedding reception here and it was the WORST experience ever. They had told me that the AC ""worked great"" but it did NOT work at all in the middle of Aug and the building is upstairs, and they knew that it didn't work because people have already complained about it the previous few weeks. I had an appointment to pick up my key at 4PM the day before my wedding to decorate and no one was at the office to give me my key, they receptionist had simply just gone home early and left a note on the desk inside a locked building. The only way that I had even gotten my key was another employee had forgotten something and had to come back to the building and let me in, otherwise I would not have even gotten the key.The place was FILTHY when we got in there, the tables were covered in cake and food from previous events and I was also told that by the time I had my event there that they would have all new chairs, but they didn't. over half of them were still the old chairs and one even collapsed underneath one of my guests during dinner. Also the breaker went out and I didn't have lights in half the building, when we called the maintenance phone number no one picked up or called us back. When I informed them of these issues they showed no sympathy or anything. Their comment was simply ""well you got the key didn't you?"" and ""ill let maintnance know about the AC"". Worst place to have any type of event, especially your wedding reception
