Blocked drain work 9/24/2015

Although the guys doing the work seemed friendly and hard working - it was hard to tell if they were really interested in the work or just how much money they could make (or take from desperate less knowlegable customers). $ 810 for an hour and 1/2 work and leaving an inoperative washing machine was a bit suspect and certainly prompt me to never call Rosenthal again - and do my best to inform - carefully and rationally other folks who may be looking for a plumber. All about money I suppose more

Brad Young responded to my call for help late on a friday nite,came right over and got on the job in a friendly and serviceable fashion.He also came back on his own to make sure the waterline recharged correctly.Its good to know that in this fast paced money driven world there are companys like Rosenthal plumbing that have people who care like Brad. more

Professional and Knowledgeable 11/21/2014

Jack and Tristan quickly diagnosed the problem, which required cutting concrete to replace a main sewer back up valve. They finished the job meeting the timeline and quote provided to me. Their communication was concise and polite. They did a thorough and complete job. The place looked great when they left. I would recommend Rosenthal Plumbing and request the Jack/Tristan team. more

Disposal installation 7/29/2014

This company has always met or exceeded our expectations and this job was well done, as per usual. They are not necessarily the lowest-price plumbing company, but they go the extra mile and always give tips on how to make a new product or procedure work to our advantage and how to keep products and parts in good running condition. They removed the old disposal and took it away for us and installed the new one. more

New Water Heater 7/24/2013

Marcos replaced our water heater and is helping me re-route water and vent lines for a recessed medicine cabinet. He has provided excellent service and support and is very pleasant to work with. We have had a very positive experience with Marcos and Rosenthal Plumbing. more

Main Sewer line connection 5/9/2013

Irene sent the guys out to my house within minutes. The diagnosed the problem and got to work at once. Marcos and Jeremy were very friendly and explained things really well. I would use Rosenthal plumbing again if I ever need them. I'm so happy to have flushing toilets again. Halleujah. more

Sink repair and water heater replacement 2/3/2013

After two minor glitches (scheduling and drain plug leak), the repair was excellent. Irene, the dispatcher, is responsive and personable; Danny, the plumber, is knowledgeable, prompt and thorough. After using Rosenthal Plumbing for the first time, my best endorsement is that I will call Rosenthal Plumbing when I need help again. more

Criminals! 12/20/2012

They charge different amount then advertised. Work done was not good quality. Had a pipe burst less then two weeks after they worked on it. more
