Although the guys doing the work seemed friendly and hard working - it was hard to tell if they were really interested in the work or just how much money they could make (or take from desperate less knowlegable customers). $ 810 for an hour and 1/2 work and leaving an inoperative washing machine was a bit suspect and certainly prompt me to never call Rosenthal again - and do my best to inform - carefully and rationally other folks who may be looking for a plumber. All about money I suppose
