I went to Dr Nancy Rosenthal because I was having pain. My pain issue was addressed, but I think overall she is unprofessional and not very thorough when I tried to get her opinion on other issues I had. The times where she would explain things it was extremely awkward and it was if she was trying to make me feel dumb for wanting to know about things. I also felt that some of my other concerns fell on deaf ears. When I was getting a filling done I was trying to tell her that it was hurting because it was getting close to the nerve and she told me not to speak.I sat there and felt every little drilling that she did and when she put the filling in. I was in a lot of pain before I stepped out of her office. I saw my tooth after she had filled it and it looked like a decent amount of tooth was drilled away, but I ended up getting a root canal on that tooth. I found her to be catty when it came to her personal life and other patients when they were waiting to see her. Her dental hygenist seemed unfriendly and harsh. I was getting my teeth cleaned and she literally sighed like she just wanted to get up and leave, when she did see me she just gave me a cold glance. The dental assistant there is very nice and when the front desk has it together than can be cool also. I would not recommend this office for any major dental work. I do not plan on going back mainly for the fact that she has bad listening skills with a few issues that I had.
Pros: you can get an appointment asap
Cons: dentist does not listen well and is awkward to deal with. i was told to arrive 15 min early for an appointment and was told by the dentist when I arrived that I was too early
