Uncaring and out for the money 6/3/2013

Pet lovers beware! They were ridiculously overpriced, the vets were impersonal, and the wait was very long. I absolutely love my dog and will do anything to keep him healthy. I felt this vet was completely out for the money and not concerned for the health of my dog. They did not take any time to get to know me or my dog. Every visit was hundreds of dollars. After yet another visit that was overpriced I had mentioned to the assistant that the prices were so outrageous that I would have to take my business elsewhere. The assistants only response was that they were good at what they do. I was extremely disappointed with the staff and their lack of care for my dog. The vet hospital made no effort in trying to correct the problem other than filling out a some questions. I would never recommend this place. I was fortunate to find another local vet hospital that was a third of the cost and cares about my dog as much as I do. more

Love Love Love 2/18/2013

After 7 years of taking all of my animals to this vet I can honestly say that I will never use another doctor for my babies ever again. I've had many vets over the years who just don't care about my animals, they just want to make money. This just isn't true at Rose Rock Veterinary Hospital. They've done just about everything for me: grooming, taking care of my sick pets, and much much more. I love this vet. more

I absolutely adore Beverly! She is so quick and eager to answer all of my questions although I hardly do because she is so throrough in explaining everything to me. My pets mean the world to me and she treats them like they are her own. To be honest it is on the pricier side, but for the service they provide and the care that they give your pets I couldn't ever see myself going anywhere else and I've been going to Rose Rock for at least 25 years!! more

Lost my dog's body 8/26/2011

Do not use this vet hospital!!!!! They came to my house to euthanize my dog after I had set up arrangements for an individual cremation for my dog. After euthanizing my companion, they took her body to be cremated. On the way out the door I reconfirmed that it was an individual cremation. They acknowledged me and said that someone from the office would call me early next week so that I could pick up my dog's remains. By Thursday no one had called, so I called them Friday morning. It turns out that someone at the hospital screwed up and my dog was cremated with a group of dogs and I cannot get any of the ashes. So now I have no body and no ashes. What turned out to be devastating in the first place is now tragic. I wish I had never taken my dogs there and will not be returning with my remaining dog. On top of this colossal mistake, they are extremely expensive. more

Rose Rock 2/1/2011

Rose Rock have been my vet of choice for many years. I have watched the practice grow and become one of the best there is.\r Recently, I had to put my Yorkie down unexpectedly. The patience and compassion shown to me by Dr. Blasik and the entire staff was amazing. It was handled with great dignity. I would recommend Rose Rock for all you pet needs. more

I've never had a bad experience at Rose Rock! 10/3/2010

I have 2 small dogs that I have taken to Rose Rock for their vaccinations, allergy issues, and a minor injury. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. They have multiple vets and never seem to have a problem working with your schedule to fit you in at a time that works for you. I love that the vets are so patient and are always eager to address any questions or concerns that you have in addition to what you made the appointment for. My lhasa apso has a skin allergy. First they put him on a low dose of allergy medicine and when that stopped working I decided to change his diet. When I bought his dog food the vet helped me carry my dog and the food to my car. I've seen 3 different vets there and they were all extremely educated and informative. My dogs are in good hands at Rose Rock. I would never go anywhere else! It's not the cheapest place in town so I wouldn't recommend it to someone who is overly concerned about costs. I can't put a price on the health of my animals. If yo more
