Do not use this vet hospital!!!!! They came to my house to euthanize my dog after I had set up arrangements for an individual cremation for my dog. After euthanizing my companion, they took her body to be cremated. On the way out the door I reconfirmed that it was an individual cremation. They acknowledged me and said that someone from the office would call me early next week so that I could pick up my dog's remains. By Thursday no one had called, so I called them Friday morning. It turns out that someone at the hospital screwed up and my dog was cremated with a group of dogs and I cannot get any of the ashes. So now I have no body and no ashes. What turned out to be devastating in the first place is now tragic. I wish I had never taken my dogs there and will not be returning with my remaining dog. On top of this colossal mistake, they are extremely expensive.
