I made an appointment for an emergency situation a molar had chipped and part of an old had fallen out. The initial assessment was that I would need to be fitted for a porcelain crown, entailing today`s visit and a fitting two weeks later. But after removing the remnants of the old filling and taking x-rays, Louis F Rose, DDS, MD felt that he could digitally mold a new ceramic crown and successfully bond it to the remaining molar in a little over an hour, using an in-house machine. I got to watch the precision molding of my new crown and so far am very impressed the fitting, color, and timing. The equipment was new to me but evidently has been in use over the past nine years. Of course, time will tell, but at this point I`m delighted with the procedure and results. more

Great job 3/20/2013

I shun doctors and dentists as a general rule, but the doctor at Louis F Rose, DDS, MD is just plain awesome. He is so personable, friendly and efficient that he makes seeing the dentist miraculously pleasant. He lets you watch movies or clips of shows while you get your X-rays done and doesn`t push the guilt trip too hard when telling you to floss more often. Never thought I`d rave about a dentist like this, but there you have it. more

Great 3/20/2013

I recently had a dental emergency and went to Philadelphia. The receptionist I had spoken with got me in to the dentist quickly. He explained that I needed a root canal and answered all my questions because I was so, so scared. The next thing I knew the procedure was over and painlessly. They had told me before the visit that my insurance would cover it so I didn`t pay anything for this kind, compassionate care. more

Worth every penny. 3/20/2013

What a great dentist in a great office with a great hygenist in a great neighborhood. I travel from to see the doctor in Louis F Rose, DDS, MD and feel lucky. He`s done amazing work on my teeth and my smile would not be half as nice or comfortable without his expertise. more

The doctor did a great job on the operation and my hygienist was a great person to communicate with throughout the procedure. I have referred several of my friends to you practice, based upon the professionalism of your practice and all of its staffing and doctors. more

Anything but a visit to the dentist. 8/7/2012

I am the typical patient that really has a problem with dentists. However, the first time I walked into the office I was greeted and treated as if I was going to a party and I was the guest of honor. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental tech to the doctor himself made my visit feel like anything but a visit to the dentist. more

I have been a patient of Dr. Lerner's since June 2006. He has a great chair side manner - not only does he explain the pros and cons of various treatment options, he is always eager to answer patient's questions, encourages open dialogue with them, willing to listen to their suggestions and above all is very caring, patient, understanding and committed to their recovery and well being. more

The most caring and gentle dentist I've known 7/26/2012

Dr. Rose is the most caring and gentle dentist I've known, and I have known many dentists. I had a terrible phobia before I walked into his office 5 years ago. From the very beginning, I felt secure in his hands because of his genuine concern for my well being. He and his wonderful staff have always made me feel special. I gladly travel 45 minutes to see them. They're great. more
