Good kebabs, bad customer service 1/7/2011

I really like the kebabs (do takeaway, because there is no ambience in the parking lot), but the customer service is quite bad. When I called to place an order, the guy on the other end hung up when I was still speaking, so that when I went to pick it up, they had part of my order wrong. They didn't really want to rectify it, but I pointed out that he hung up before I confirmed my order so he grudgingly changed it. The food really is quite tasty, but the service -- meh. I'd say go for the kebabs but keep your expectations low. more

Worse customer service, annoying behavior 7/24/2008

I was one of the loyal customers of this store; I did most of my shopping there. even after we moved to san Francisco I was driving down there for buying meat, tea, bread and other stuff, Although it was sometimes more expensive than its competitive store like international food market (San Jose) or Pasha market (Cupertino). Anyway today I was there and I shopped about a 100$ and we had a short chat about why they didn?t expanded their business to San Francisco as well, then when I was leaving the store one of my bag fell down and a bottle of olive oil broke with a loud noise and made a big mess in other stuff too. I was so shocked for a moment that I couldn?t move. I don?t have any idea if the bag was torn (because most f the time there is a hole or tear in their bags) or if it just fell from my hand, anyway the first reaction of the cashier was this: ?he came to me and said it didn?t tear ha? Is it? No it was not that much heavy? I couldn?t believe that he didn?t want to take care of only a bottle of olive oil and care for a customer who drive 50 miles because of their store. I paid again and left the store. more

Not worth the money 5/29/2008

I didn't care for the service or food. The guys behind the counter are rude. The place looks pretty dirty. In my opinion it's not worth the money. Pros: cheap Cons: quality more

Go for the kebobs, stay for the market 4/16/2006

We go there for kabobs Friday nights in the summer and I can't help but stop and looking for cool products to bring home. It gets crowded and the lines SUPER long, so call ahead and place your order. Really friendly staff - please be nice to the guys in the cooking area ... they work so hard and as fast as humanly possible in a high heat area. Pros: Cheap eats, Friendly staff Cons: LONG wait time more
