Went to new location at 101 S Main on the Riverwalk. Love the new location and fine dining experience. The food was excellent and the service was attentive, but allowed for a relaxed dining experience. The three of us tried several dishes including the spaghetti with meatballs, the square pizza, chopped salad, and calamari, which we all shared. It was great to find freshly prepared, genuine Italian food in Pueblo. more

Dinner 3/8/2005

We recently ate at Rosarios and although we generally enjoyed it, it was overpriced for what we had. My husband pronounced the spaghetti just average, the house sausage dish lacked spice. The gnocci was good. The menu was somewhat limited in imagination and the waitress, although relatively efficient, never came back with the Parmesan cheese. Pros: Nice interior Cons: Overpriced more
