I really enjoy Rosalie's cakes I have been ordeing cakes from her since my son was 1 yr old and she has always been great. I have told all my freind s and family about her shop. Good work and delight to work with when picking up my cakes. more

Rosalie's Cake Shop could use a "Customer Service Attitude Adjustment". Needing a cake for an office party on Tuesday, I called just now to order a cake, hoping to pick it up Monday afternoon. The person answered brusquely: "Rosalie's Cake Shop!"...silence. I explained my reason for calling. The silence on the other end was broken with (crisply) "SHE is not open on Mondays". More silence. After asking her name (Stephanie) (again - sharply stated), I thanked her and she hung up. ???? What started out to be a pleasant task ended in my being irritated by the rude treatment. Apparently this lady doesn't feel she needs to worry about customer service, rapport, and / or customer satisfaction! more

Which is why I chose this shop to make my wedding cake, groom's cake, and to cater my reception. The package price was within my budget and I knew the cakes would be delicious. She accepted my down payment, with the balance to be paid at the reception. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, the owner forgot about my wedding. The day before we called to confirm the details, she confessed that it had slipped her mind. She was able to make the wedding cake and have it ready for the reception but we had to scurry to find someone to make the groom's cake (my mother-in-law baked a chocolate one at home) as well as provide food for our guests (we ended up picking up food from a local BBQ place). Her cakes are wonderful, but if planning a major life event with her baked delights one should call and double/triple check the details. She did refund a portion of the money, but it did not compensate for the last minute stress and anxiety. more

We used Rosalie's Cake Shop for my son's first birthday party and the cake was fantastic. Very cute designs and they are very willing to work with the customer. The cake was delicious and enjoyed by everyone at his first birthday party. Prices were reasonable and the result was much better than anything I could have done myself or gotten from the grocery store. more
