I used them after another company scammed me. Rooter Wizard refused to write a letter stating that the clog should have been removed by the first company and was not.

I just had Rooter Wizard out here a couple of days ago, and they had great service, a pretty good price, and I would recommend the, 100 percent. I just got them out of the phone book, and I figured because the owner comes out to the job himself, they should be pretty good. Very satisfactory and we would use the service again! 7/28/2011

We've been using Rooter Wizard for about two years. We used them for the first time two years ago and again this year, and found out about them through a magnet that was sent to us with our phone book. Both times, Jeff was able to come on the same day. The prices were great. We were in sort of a pickle with the tub backing up from the sewer, but the two gentlemen at Rooter Wizard took care of the problem immediately. The service was wonderful. We only have great things to say. When we were looking through the phone book, what attracted us to Rooter Wizard was that the ad said that the owner Jeff himself would come out every time, which to us was a very desirable thing. The people at Rooter Wizard were dependable and thorough. They wouldn't leave until they were sure that the job was done. I guess we'll be using Rooter Wizard every two years from now on to keep things flushing! more

Wonderful! 7/5/2011

I would recommend Rooter Wizard. Their prices are comparable to anybody else, I believe, and Jeff is just wonderful. He went out of his way to come here after hours, and I so appreciated that. I had been setting a timer and running back and forth to stop that thing from flooding, and I was getting pooped having to do all that running back and forth. I really appreciated him going the extra mile for me, and he did a good job. So far, the problem has not come up again yet. Arlene Allen more

Fast, Great Plumbing work 5/4/2010

The Rooter Wizard is the best plumber that we have found here in Salt Lake. We battled with a few others for a while then found this little gem. We won't call anyone else from now on. Pros: Came quickly, fixed everything below budget Cons: none! he was great more
