Review content:
We've been using Rooter Wizard for about two years. We used them for the first time two years ago and again this year, and found out about them through a magnet that was sent to us with our phone book. Both times, Jeff was able to come on the same day. The prices were great. We were in sort of a pickle with the tub backing up from the sewer, but the two gentlemen at Rooter Wizard took care of the problem immediately. The service was wonderful. We only have great things to say. When we were looking through the phone book, what attracted us to Rooter Wizard was that the ad said that the owner Jeff himself would come out every time, which to us was a very desirable thing. The people at Rooter Wizard were dependable and thorough. They wouldn't leave until they were sure that the job was done. I guess we'll be using Rooter Wizard every two years from now on to keep things flushing!
