Rooms To Go

We bought living room furniture from here and had no problem. There was a scratch on our end table, but they replaced it no problem. So, we went back and bought bedroom furniture there. My boyfriend works out of town 99% of the time, 80+ hours a week, and I work full time as well, so delivery time for us needed to be as specific as possible. They gave us a date ( a Saturday) so my boyfriend could get off work and be in town for delivery. Their delivery service IS A JOKE!!!! They gave us a time frame--from 3pm-7pm. They called my boyfriend past 7pm (after he sat around waiting on them) and said that their driver had an emergency and they could not deliver his furniture, and that his furniture would be there first thing Sunday. We have been waiting 3 hours since they have opened, and we have yet to get our furniture. My boyfriend went to the store to speak with the manager (after calling the store and getting no answer) and they said that the delivery men had already made 4 stops and had 3 more to go, and our would probably be last, and there was nothing else they could do. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER USE ROOMS TO GO EVER AGAIN. What awful customer service and unprofessionalism!!!! Save your time, spend a few money dollars and go somewhere else. more

Hi\r I bought four sets of furniture at rooms to go like two living room sets, one dining table with 6 chairs and one kid bed room sets, these entire total purchase price was about worth of $6000. All I received are one incomplete living room set and one dining table and one bed room sets. All others are not arrived yet. they have been postponing delivery date, very disappointing. The furniture that I received especially both dining rooms sets and kids bed room sets were damaged and dented ones. I was not even sure whether they shipped directly from outlet. I was so sick and tired of rooms to go purchase, when I pay full price for these furniture, IT IS ROOMS TO GO RESPONSIBILITY THAT make sure that not to send dented and broken ones before loading into vehicle. it is so frustrating and so much of hassle of calling back and forth for purchasing these low quality furniture from Rooms to go. I also bought break fast dining sets ( from american signature furniture) and one bed room sets ( from Ashley furniture) two days ago. Their delivered it promptly. I did not even find a single dents or damage in either of their sets. \r Now, I understood that why rooms to go outlet has so many broken and damaged furniture. \r I have paid FULL PRICE to get these dented and damaged and so much of hassle from ROOMS TO GO. I will never and ever buy from again from ROOM TO GO. more

My wife and I spent a quarter of our day in rooms to go looking for a bedroom suite, matress, and dining room suite. We had the assistance of Patrick (Sales Rep) who was very informative and helpful when it came to us making decisions about oure purchase. Rooms to go has a great selection of styles for most home furniture and decoration. We may follow Patrick to his next destination in Gainesville, due to his expertise. I highly recommend this location. It's right across from the Mall of Georgia . Very nice!!! My wife and I will be back!! Pros: Customer service/product knowledge A+ Cons: A bit Pricey for some of the items, but reasonable more
