I went to Room Concepts looking for a sectional. The owner, Nathan, was extremely nice and helpful prior to making the sale. The purchase price was significantly higher than a Roomful Express of Levin's, but slightly lower than Macy's or Pottery Barn. However, as soon as the furniture was delivered I immediately started having problems. Pieces were sinking, the back cushions were lumpy after someone sat it in only for a few hours, the seams were not sewn properly...A service employee came and took pictures and agreed that the quality was not as promised. As it takes 6-8 weeks for delivery, I was not impressed with their offer to replace the furniture. I already wasted 8 weeks and 8 of the 8 pieces of the sectional (they are sold in individual pieces) were faulty. Why should I have faith that 6-8 weeks later, the new furniture would be any better? Nathan was a complete jerk, even after the VP of the furniture company that supplied the furniture said he was ""embarassed by the quality."" He told me that as the owner he could do whatever he wanted, and he did not want to return the furniture to the supplier and give me a refund, even though everyone involved agreed that it was not correct. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with Room Concepts. Once they make the sale and have your money they don't care what they deliver or the problems the furniture has. They have ""quality' and ""customer service"" all over their website, but they don't deliver either one.
