WE DISCOVERED THE Roofing Specialists Northwest IN 2013 WHEN WE HAD POOR RESULTS WITH OTHER COMPETITORS. THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT. WITH THIS ROOF, WE NEEDED A CERTIFICATION. WE CALLED ANOTHER ROOFER WHO DID NOT SHOW UP. WE CALLED THE ROOFING COMPANY BUT THOUGHT THE COST FOR CERTIFICATION WAS TOO HIGH. CHUCK NOTICED OUR MESSAGE AND REMEMBERED OUT NAME. HE CALLED US BACK, EXAMINED THE ROOF AND DETERMINED IT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED. WE CHOSE REPAIR. HE HAD 3 QUOTES TO US IN DAYS, GIVING 3 LEVELS OF QUALITY. ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL.\r more

They did an outstanding job of matching the existing roof shingles and was a pleasure to deal with. The roof was professionally replaced in half a day with no problems. I look forward to working with this company in the future.\r more

The work was professionally done. If we had any questions we could ask the team on site or call the contractor for prompt answer. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. The crew cleaned up each night prior to departing ensuring there was no debris that could damage our truck. Entire staff were very professional.\r more

When we met with the estimator we were told that replacement shingles would not match ""exactly"". I was not present during the repair work but my husband was. The replacement shingles are not even close in color and had I been present, I would have stopped the work and searched myself for a better match. I should have viewed the shingles prior to the work being done and that was my fault. The work itself is of high quality (replaced word and vents installed) and the staff was extremely professional according to my husband. We felt the price was fair. We noticed an immediate improvement with the vents being installed.\r more

I am writing my review based on a call out for a quote for a repair/redo of our roof.  We had previous quote saying we needed to get the work done ASAP, but I decided to get a 2nd opinion ...., Roofing Specialists Northwest came out and said that our roof was a near perfect as they get.  It was great to meet an honest tradesman and would definitely use them and recommend them in the future!\r more

He walked us though every step of the process and was here on numerous occasions on installation day. He ensured everything went as planned and helped ensure they completed on time. Our new roof was delivered quickly and within the budget that was quoted. We are very pleased with our new roof. \r more

After living in an area where roofing companies come by every week to try and sell whatever they could as fast as possible, the refreshing approach of Roofing Specialists Northwest was a welcome relief. They worked with me and my wife to find the right roof for our budget, as well as worked with our insurance company to ensure that everything that needed to be done was handled. They were professional from minute one(not scammer like some roofing salespeople) and got the job done quickly and perfectly. Not only did they commit to a date and keep it, but after our shingles were delivered, they came out the day before and realized that the wrong ones were dropped. Despite that setback, they still completed the project the next day. My experience with Roofing Specialists Northwest was exactly what I hoped for out of a roofing company. I hope I don't have to get a replacement roof anytime in the near future, but if I do I'll call Roofing Specialists Northwest and no one else.\r more

I recommend Roofing Specialists Northwest.  They were friendly from the beginning and even encouraged me to get several estimates. I did not have insurance reimbursement so cost was doubly important to me. They were not way cheaper than other estimates or that would have been a red flag to me. I was impressed with how efficient they were from the first call to the actual job!  The guys came over and did it quick.  I watched to make sure they didn't take any shortcuts.  They replaced old boards and were careful on the corners.  I would use them again!\r more

I needed a roof replacement FAST!!! Roofing Specialists Northwest bid the job the same day i called them and did the work on schedule and on budget and replaced the entire roof in ONE DAY...and they always picked up their phone when i called with questions....i would definitely use them again and recommend them!!!\r more

I had Roofing Specialists Northwest handled my roof replacement after the hail storm we had in June of 2012. In a word ""impressed"" Thez did not leave my house until every last nail and piece of shingle was picked up. I was extremely happy with the customer service.\r more

Did a good job. Were a little delayed in coming to do the work, and could improve communication there. I thought you were coming one day, but no one showed. I was away that day, so I couldn't determine if the work had been done. several weeks later I was called and told they would be doing the work that day, and they did come and do the job. that said, the work was properly diagnosed and completed.\r more
