Roof Services did the work at my house and then I had them do work at my business. They listen to us all the time and the work was fantastic. I wouldn't have brought them to my business if it wasn't. more

Roof Services stripped and replaced my entire roof. I called a few companies before and the average company says that they know what they're doing. I'm and engineer and a home inspector so I know exactly what I want, what a roof should look like, and how it's installed. John came and explained exactly what he was going to do and I listened hearing all the correct things concerning the process and procedure. I then told him I was a home inspector and how I wanted to make sure I got certain things like an ice shield, how I wanted the copper flash installed, and a roof cricket on the chimney. He knew exactly what I was talking about and assured me that I would get everything I requested. The day of installation, I stayed home and watched him do the job the way I would have done it. I was perfectly pleased and very happy that I followed all my instructions and requests. They didn't even need them because they knew exactly what they were doing. more

This was my first time using Roof Services. I came in need of their services when I discovered a hole on the roof that needed to be repaired. John came when I first reported the problem. He took pictures to show me the damage, and actually temporally patched the hole at the same time. He later came out to finish the repair. John was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Roof Services came on a timely basis whenever they said they were going to be here. They did a repair on two leaks, one around a skylight and one around the chimney. The leaks happened after another installer put a new roof on. That company never took care of the problem during the two years since the roof was put on, so John was really cleaning up someone else's mess. The repairs were done perfectly, and the price was fair. I would highly recommend Roof Services as a primary installer! more

I was a customer of Roof Services for a really long time and recommended them to everybody. The last repair they did, however, I was not happy with it. There were problems in communicating with the office. John said he'd come back to do the work for me but never came back to complete the job. I kept calling and the girl said "okay, okay" but when the bill came, they treated me badly saying what I was asking for wasn't in the contract. Aimee B. RESPONSE FROM Roof Services: We performed repairs to her home to correct leaks years ago. After sandy we were hired to correct the sandy damage. We did all the work included in the contract, replacing missing and damaged shingles and shingle caps. However when asked about her chimney cap after the job was complete we had not included it in the cost or in the contract. (As not all houses have chimney caps). We had no way to know that one was missing. We offered her the cap at our cost with no cost to install. Our work was properly preformed and all contracted work was completed. And when asked about something not in the contract we offered it at our material cost with no labor but the customer declined. more

Roof Services was highly professional. A sales representative came over and gave me an estimate and a date of when they would be there. They showed up on time; actually they were early. All the materials were ready and they were well-prepared. The job was completed in four hours. The prices were good and you get value for your dollar. more

John from Roof Services came by several times before we could agree on how to resolve an leaking issue. I had a unique problem with a roof over a second level deck. John was so helpful with his unique solutions. The crew was great and the job was finished in one day. This was done back in September and even though we had a harsh winter there's been no more leaking. They were able to fix a 20 year problem I had and now it's all done and one hundred percent! more

Roof Services was phenomenal! They were recommended to me, so it was my first time using them. Since Hurricane Sandy, I've had my roof fixed three times. I was told by another company I needed a completely new roof, but Roof Services said I only needed repairs. They said they could put on a new roof, but that it was not needed. They did the repairs for a fraction of the cost. They came and gave me a quote, and they were very honest. Then they went up on the roof and saw they had to do a little more. They did what they needed to do, and they didn't charge me more. They were real mensches about it. They were great! So far I'm very happy! They were very nice and knowledgeable people. We've had three major storms since they did the work, and I haven't had a leak in the house since! more

Roof Services redid our whole roof. It was our first time using them, and they did a very good job. They draped my whole house, so no debris hit the windows. They came with a whole team at eight in the morning, and they were done by one! Before they did the work, they came out to describe the different types of roofing. They brought samples, so we knew what our options were for texture and color. Because our house is a side-by-side, two-family house, they recommended how they could work with the roof seam so the problems from the roof next door wouldn't run onto ours. more

I had an emergency leak into my house caused by ice damage. I had literally hundreds of gallons of water leaking into the house. This had never happened before and it was an emergency. John showed up quickly and assesed the situation. He was then able to get a crew of 3 workers to promptly go to work on the top roof in the bitter cold. After about 4 hours, the immediate problem was addressed and the leaking slowed. After some hours later, it then stopped. The damage to the interior of the house could have been much worse if the leak continued and we were not able to contain the damage. We now will work on the completion of the repair work as soon as the weather allows. John is clearly a professional. more

Roof Services was referred to me by someone deeply rooted in the roofing/building materials industries for their quality service that they provide to their customers, everyday. This spoke volumes to me and my source proved to be 100% correct. Our roof was hit hard by Hurricane Sandy. It was an eyesore. After the work on our roof was completed, neighbors even walking their dogs whom I did not even know mentioned how much our roof looked improved! Other neighbors were repeatedly astounded that Roof Services did so much work, so quickly, on our large roof. Other quotes that we received prior to starting the job were for 1-2 more days to complete the exact same project. Another neighbor mentioned that he is still constantly cleaning up debris from when his neighbor’s roof was redone almost two years ago. Not us! No debris at all was left behind from the extremely hard-working crew nor would they let me help them clean up. They said that, “…that was their job. Period. “ The foreman and the crew showed up punctually, or even earlier than they needed to. The on-site foreman, Andrew, was always accessible to us; he showed concern for our welfare, and readily answered any questions that we had or addressed any issues that we wanted to see attended to impeccably and expeditiously. I would rehire Andrew and that entire crew in a millisecond! John, Jr., our Roof Services representative, spoke with our insurance company when they did not fully grasp what our specific needs were, and this proved to be exceedingly helpful to our case. Furthermore, John, Jr. is a true mensch. He is calm and patient and does not try to oversell you things that you do not really need. This project was very important to me and I wanted to do it right, the first time. I am so glad that we chose Roof Services and I have continued to recommend them to my neighbors, friends, colleagues, and even my own office used them to repatch a few things after the storm. I highly recommend them with complete confidence based on how I myself was treated and the outcome of our own roof, which gives me great pride each time that I pull up to our driveway numerous times each day. more
