I purchased a golf cart from this dealer, was told that it came with a 3 year warranty, I made it clear that I would be shipping the cart to my home in Indiana. Now a little more than a year later, I'm having charging problems and when I contacted them they advised me that there wasn't a warranty because I took the cart out of State. more

I agree with you, they think they have the market on Golf Cart sales and service any where. more

Poor Customer Service 1/13/2010

Speaking to Sean and Mike both of whom hung up on me. I personally believe they think they have the market on Golf Cart sales and service in the Davenport area. Because of this they do not feel it is necessary to practice good customer service. I researched other golf cart businesses in the area..Use them instead Cons: Rudeness more
