I called airtron to get my thermostat fixed, and they wanted an 85$ service charge. My home was closed on Sept. 18, 2008 today is Oct. 3, 2009 two weeks out of warranty and they wont fix it. What kind of honorable service is that, whats bad is that H.H.Greg is known for its service.I thought airtron was about quality service, and I know H.H.Greg would come fix a washing machine that's 2000$ two weeks out of warranty.My mother is how I know that works. Why cant airtron replace a thermostat we had them come service in April because it wasn't working/broken.They didnt replace it then I should have known. Oh and the problem is that my pregnant fiance went to turn the heat down the whole thermostat broke off the wall,why? Poor installation. When I get another house I will not use them and I will never refer them to a friend or family.
Pros: When the A/C worked it's good when the heats on it's good.
Cons: Failure to help with our thermostat!!!!!
