Romp Pet Care is the third group that I've worked with. I was dissatisfied with the second one and the first one didn't meet my needs very well. So I was very pleased by comparison with Romp Pet Care. more

We really like Romp Pet Care. We have used them for about 3 years now. We have a very anxious dog. Neil is very calming and our dog really likes him. That makes it easy for us to leave, knowing that he is going to be happy and well cared for. We know that Neil is going to be reliable. We have confidence in his integrity and his genuine care for animals. more

I have used Romp Pet Care once and I am going to use them again soon. They exceeded my expectations. I was worried about leaving my animals where they would have good treatment. They left little notes about my animals behavior each day. I have recommended them to others already. more

I will always use ROMP 3/12/2012

I first received a personal meeting in my home with Neil, who took the time to meet my cats and learn about their personal and medical needs. He was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable about the competency of his staff. Since that meeting, I have used ROMP's serviced many times. Each day a note is left to summarize the visit. When I come home at the end of a trip it is reassuring to know my girls got some love while I was gone. more

Excellent 3/7/2012

I love the service I get from Romp. They were so kind to my dog Asti before she past away understanding her needs and now with our new dog Dora (the destroyer) I feel better working my long hours knowing that the dogs will get out and some excerise. Thanks for everything more

Romp Pet Care is the bomb! Very dependable, reasonably priced. My babies love Neil! I really don't know what I'd do without Romp! There have been many times I've had to have a short notice visit and it's very reassuring to know that my doggies will be taken care of. more

Romp Is Amazing! 12/21/2011

When I have to leave my 2 cats at home during trips, I know that with Romp there I have one less thing to worry about. Romp is professional, prompt, leaves me cute notes about the cats, and the employees are completely trustworthy and great at communicating. I'd recommend them to anyone. more

Recommendation for Romp Pet Care 12/20/2011

Neil and his staff are superior! They are conscientious, attentive and extremely careful. I am amazed by how my guys have bonded with the them, evidence that they spend quality time with them. Neil and his staff are responsible and responsive. I've never had a scheduling issue and they are available in an emergency. Really beyond anything you would expect. more

Great dog care service, awesome people 12/20/2011

Romp has been our full time dog walker (3 days a week) for a short time, but we've used Romp for overnights with our little pack for quite a while. After seeing how much our dogs loved Neil and his crew, we knew we needed to make Romp a full time part of our kids lives. We switched from another walker we had used for a long time. And we couldn't be happier with our decision. We know our dogs (and cat) are in great hands. There has never been any trust issues with Romp, nor will there ever be. Their prices are comparable to other dog walking and overnight services in the area. Very reasonable. And the fact that they stay at your house for overnights is the best. We don't have to worry about our dogs in a strange kennel or boarding facility. We also love the notes the walkers leave for us after their walks/overnight visits. It's more than just "Your dog peed." They take the time to let you know how things were, what they did and always throw in a fun little nugget about the walk/night. We love it. Bottom line - don't look any further than Neil and Romp for your walking and overnight needs. They are by far the best. more

Great Petsitting Service 12/20/2011

We started using Romp a few months ago and couldn't be happier with the experience! Although I have one destructive pup with separation anxiety, Neil has been wonderful and always lets us know when she is misbehaving so we can make some more changes! Even when the bad weather came through a few months back, Neil notified us of some damage to the property and sent some pictures. I completely trust them to care for all my animals and I am grateful that we found this service! more

I had to find someone to watch... 10/5/2011

I had to find someone to watch my 9 1/2 yr old black lab / husky for three days and Romp worked out perfect! Neil was so great with my dog and left me detailed notes of their daily adventures! Two happy kitties 6/24/2011

We have used Neil at Romp Pet Care for pet sitting for 4-5 days (long weekends) twice now...and both times have been an absolute pleasure. Obviously adept with pets, Neil is also extremely conscientious and takes care to reassure nervous owners (ie, me) that the cats are being cared for and all is well. For example, I asked that he email me after every visit just so that I could ensure the cats were being cared for--a request Neil diligently fulfilled. Receiving the emails and reading the lengthy visit notes upon our return were absolute delights. Neil was also an innovative playmate for the kittens and even obliged to brush their teeth so our cats wouldn't get out of the habit. We couldn't be happier with this service. We are moving to NYC in a few months and are not looking forward to finding another pet sitting service. Wish we could stay with Romp forever! more

Above and Beyond 4/24/2011

Neil and the Romp Pet Care team has been such a find for us since moving to Philly about a year and a half ago. Just recently, Neil was taking care of our cats for a few days. One was very ill, suffering from renal carcinoma, so we had left instructions for Neil to take special care with her. The day we went out of town, little Cleo didn't look s o good and I knew when I saw Neil's number on my phone the next day that something wasn't right. He had found Cleo in dire straits, unable to lift her head, and breathing heavily. We knew we could not ask her to wait for us to return, so Neil brought her to our vet and stayed with her to the end. Our vet commented to me afterwards how wonderful he was with her, and we were so appreciative to have him there to contend with this most difficult task. We came home two days later to a beautiful condolence card and flowers from Neil and Romp, letting us know how sorry he was about the whole situation. He truly went above and beyond for us and for little Cleo and we will be forever grateful for his compassionate care. more

I completely trust Neil with my girls. When I returned home from my trip, they were obviously well taken care of and treated like I would treat them. Neil did a great job and I love the notes from each day explaining how my girls were. It's so nice to know I don't have to worry about them while I travel. more

I hired this company to watch my Australian Terrier puppy. To say that I'm a high-strung puppy mom is putting it lightly! I didn't think I would ever find a sitter that met my standards, but alas Romp! They will treat your dog like their own, and you can have peace of mind knowing your little gal or fella is in great hands. They are professional, courteous and follow instructions to a T, (even if they are 5 pages long!). I highly reccommend this company. more

Pets in expert hands 5/20/2010

I just moved to Philly & had to leave town for 10 days. I'd never used a pet sitter for my cat so didn't know what to expect. Romp was awesome and very accommodating! You can tell the sitter knew & loved cats, left a report/sent us texts for the days he visited. I also felt really assured knowing the sitter was also a veterinary technician. I now have roommates and may not need another sitter, but will recommend this group to anyone who needs one. more
