We have used Neil at Romp Pet Care for pet sitting for 4-5 days (long weekends) twice now...and both times have been an absolute pleasure. Obviously adept with pets, Neil is also extremely conscientious and takes care to reassure nervous owners (ie, me) that the cats are being cared for and all is well. For example, I asked that he email me after every visit just so that I could ensure the cats were being cared for--a request Neil diligently fulfilled. Receiving the emails and reading the lengthy visit notes upon our return were absolute delights. Neil was also an innovative playmate for the kittens and even obliged to brush their teeth so our cats wouldn't get out of the habit. We couldn't be happier with this service. We are moving to NYC in a few months and are not looking forward to finding another pet sitting service. Wish we could stay with Romp forever!
