Drop in quality 11/12/2011

The quality of the food at this restaurant has dropped dramatically over the past year. My food had no suace which I found out later I was supposed to ask the waiter fort. My salad came in a little bowl hardly big enough to feed anyone. The house wine is now $5.50 a glass which is, in my opinion, very expensive. I have always liked this restaurant in the past but last night will be my last time to visit until things improve. By the way, this might account for the large number of empty tables on a Saturday night. more

Best service anywhere! Great staff! Great food. Prices are very reasonable for the portion size and quality. High quality food. Another restuarant was supposed to have a whole desert for me and when I got there, they didn't have it. I came here and they went beyond to get me what I needed to make my last minute plans go through. If you don't visit, you are missing a treat! Make sure to try the tiramisu for dessert. Great atmosphere. My whole family goes. What a great time you'll have. Pros: High quality food, big portions, Great atmosphere for round table-bring the whole family Cons: sometimes very busy due to how good the food is. more

better than olive garden 7/27/2004

i like olive garden but when i found MG i fell in love. The bread with olive oil is better. The service at least in huntsville is better. And i recommend the portbello mushroom salad for appetizer. Or try the spinach salad, or the soups. for entree they are all good but my favorite is the chicken scalapini. its soooo gooood. more
