Dan help me save my home from foreclosure and didnt charge me a penny. At first glance the guy is scary, almost looks like the HULK, LOL but as when he speaks, right of way you can tell he's a sharp man. My girlfriend referred him to me when I was losing my home, and he had me bring in my loan documents. Right in front of me he called my lender and spoke to the Loss Mitgn dept. Then he called his Attorney and he called the Trustee of sale. Before you know it, the lender re-structured my loan and I till this day, I have managed to keep my home. Dan would not take any money only wanted was referral business. I would recommend him to all who want a RE Loan or advise. Good guy considering most brokers these days are CON-MEN and thieves.
