i actually scanned citysearch before going to Ro,Ma to see what people had said regarding their experiences. i dont know what these people with the negative reviews were talking about. however, upon deeper investigation, i realized that this was probably the same customer who wrote 2 bad reviews and changed the story the second time to give ro,ma a bad name. remember that IP addresses can be researched! anyway, i decided to give them a shot since they do have the largest store in the area. i came in with a custom design and certain requirements for the center stone i was looking to purchase. everything was fantastic from the initial meeting all the way until the ring was picked up and paid for. the service was extremely friendly and professional, the diamond price was the best i could find (even lower than downtown LA, dont bother driving down there), and the finished product was identical to the design i had originally hoped for. i would highly recommend ro,ma for your jewelry purchases. dont let this guy whose wife most likely chipped her own ring scare you off. they are the best and most professional jewelers in the santa clarita valley and their price was the lowest!! how can you beat that? i went to romas and recived the worst expirience in my life.My wife has never had A diamond with such poor quality before. i usually purchase my jewelry from another jeweler who is in the mall in valencia but the ring my wife looked at was in a catolog at romas. i decided to suprise her and buy this ring but when i got home i realized that the diamond was cracked and was not sold the ring my wife saw. i feel like they switched the diamond and gave me a poor quality because after i paid for the ring the owner told me i could not pick up the ring that day because they needed to polish it.so 1 week later i went to pick it up the quality was terrible and not what i paid for. please do yourself a favor and dont shop at romas. but if you like to be screwed and ripped off please feel free to waste your money. i know i would never shop thier again. they are rude and dont deserve our business.wish i never walked in romas jewelry. Everything about Ro, Ma Jewelery is wonderful! The staff at Ro, Ma were so friendly and they were very patient and helpful. They answered all of my questions...and I had a lot! I have been shopping for an engagement ring for months and Ro, Ma definitely has the best selection with the highest quality along with great prices! 2 months ago, my boyfriend, now fiancee proposed to me. \r i finally begun my search for the engagement ring when i figured i might as well visit the most convenient places first, the nearest to my house, in lazy person terms. i popped by several jewelry stores before i visited ro,ma's. i was welcomed with a friendly smile and escorted to the brightest case of all. wonderful people helped me pick ""the one"". immediately i phoned my fiancee and he came down, saw it, and agreed. they helped me with all of the final details before i could wear my pride and joy! they even opened a bottle of champagne for the lovely young couple and the friendly owners visited. i also purchased a tag heur watch for my fiancee. i obviously shopped around before that, and found that ro,ma's had the best deal on the watches. \r what i love about this place: wonderful, honest customer service! one of a kind pieces, and excellent deals. I purchased a diamond engagement ring in 2003, the diamond cracked and we found out it was not set properly. When I returned to the store to have it fixed, I was told it would be very expensive to fix. I have never heard of anyone else having a diamond chip like that, even after wewaring it 20 years. I spoke to other people about it and was told that they should not have charged me to fix it and that they should have stood behind the quality of their diamonds. There were a couple of employees that were very very rude. I told them I would never do business with them again and the manager laughed at us and basically told us ""too bad"". I have never received such poor customer service. I felt completely taken advantage of by this company and will never return. I guess they dont care if they lose customers.
