Rolling Hills Place

Being a tenant at the Rolling Hiils Place Apt in Lancaster, Tx. was very nice in appearance, however, the living experiance with the management team was a UNPLEASANT. They were indecisive, non professional, unpleasant attitude (Moody)! INDECISIVE- One day MANAGEMENT would tell you one thing and the next week or even the next day it would be something different. NON PROFESSIONAL- GOSSIPING about the tenants and their business and even about other co-workers. (in the presence of other tenants) UNPLEASANT ATTITUDE(Moody)-There were many times tenants including myself, have come in the office with legitimate questions or concerns somedays friendly and lots of days very dry and short responding as if they did not want to be bothered. I would NOT recommend Rolling Hills Place Apt. at Lancaster, Tx to the HOMELESS. Management needs Training! Better than that they need an all new management team as far as Im concerned! Pros: The property appearance was great. The up keep of the apt was great. Cons: Management was Horrible. Very Unpleasant and Unprofessional. more

Rolling Hills Place Apartments are great ........... if you only judging the landscaping. Management is not the correct word to use when referring to La Joyce, Laura, Lauren, or Janice. The so called agents provide no service and beyond that they are very rude and surly, and truly have a threatening attitude and tone when speaking. Think about it apartment agents should encourage and reassure the renter to renew. Not at Rolling Hills Place Apartments in Lancaster, they become a living, breathing, lazy, over-eating repellent after 30 days. I believe to get employed by the old and new property owners the words liar , -lies sullenly ill-humored; gruff, and ignorant must be included in the applicants resume. By choice my new apartments are Creekwood Place. Here the Leasing Agent are very sincere, courteous, and for the last 7 months have treated me with respect.
