Pregnant w/ scoliosis 6/19/2010

I have gone to quite a few Chiropractors, all of which said that i would have to go at least 3 or 4 times a week. I started off doing that and i still felt no difference in my back, neck, or hips. I am now pregnant and my back was getting worse, I asked my doctor if i could see a chiropractor. He recommended to go to roller chiropractics, i have now been going to see Dr. Roller for almost two months now and i started feeling better. He is very efficient with his work and knows what he is doing. When you are pregnant you have got to be more careful on seeing a chiropractor. I am 7 months along and my back is starting to feel like new again. I would Definitely recommend all of my family and friends to see Dr. Roller. After the first visit to Dr. Roller you are in and out; it's easy and fast. ............................ Roller Chiropractic has some of the nicest people that work there. They are always smiling and greeting everyone, including Dr. Roller himself. Unlike any other chiropractor's office, Roller Chiropractic's employees are very friendly and are very willing to strike up a nice conversation. They actually care about you and how you are doing. Pros: Great work, Great people more

Roller Chiropractic 5/19/2010

I have been on the receiving end of Dr. Roller's healing hands since the beginning of April 2010. Due to muscle problems in my lower end, I had a hard time walking for an extensive period and sleeping on my side. I have seen Dr. Roller three times a week since then, have followed the prescribed exercises and can now report that my pain is just about gone. As an added bonus, a dowager hump, that was starting to form, is slowly disappearing, and my spine is becoming increasingly straighter. I will be finished with therapy by next April and expect to be totally pain free, ready to go and enjoy life. Pros: Very friendly and educated office staff, easygoing atmospher more

Superb Chiropractic Services 1/18/2010

I'm from Canada, and saw chiropractors there for years for an MVA injury sustained in '94. I saw Roller when the injury started giving me real trouble again. Under the care of Dr. Roller and his excellent staff, the problems resolved more rapidly than ever before. In addition to adjustments, he made a supplement recommendation for a chronic health problem, and before long I was full of energy again, back to the gym and back to a normal life. The work-flow set-up in his practice really works, and it helped me to help myself, instead of being just a passive patient going in for adjustments. I could not recommend Dr. Roller more highly. Pros: Patient-centered, thoughtful care, first rate staff Cons: Only available 4 days per week more

THIS GUY HAS THE SLIMEY USED MUSTANG SMELL TO HIM! AVOID!!! 4/11/2008

i went to this guy while on vacation and as others further down have mentioned he pressured me to make another appointment right off the bat. it's funny these ""positive"" reviews below use the taking care of the car analogy....that's the exact same analogy that this shyster himself used when pressuring me to book an additional 14 visits after my first. this guy has the worst perma-stank on him. high pressure and so so results. i'll never go back Pros: great equipment, easy to schedule Cons: you will leave feeling violated and the session is RUSHED through more

Review no. 2 Dr. Roller, Hoping these come out in order. 2/15/2008

Dr. Roller is sensitive, caring, and kind and if he was pressuring anyone to see him regularly, that's' because he cares. I myself would rather not suffer and be on a narcotic- by seeing Dr. Roller on a regular basis and not risking pain or the inability to turn my head while driving and causing a car pile up. Thank you Dr. Roller for doing what cost you thousands in college to learn to do so well. I will continue to refer other to you and know that your office is honest in all its dealings with those you come into contact with. Remember when you go to buy that new car, Do not let that car salesman pressure you, just keep driving your old dumpy car with three hundred thousand miles on it and be happy with it and stop complaining when you break down along the freeway or cause a wreck because it can not handle the high speeds on the freeway. All because you did not want to be pressured into someone helping you at a time you needed the help. Pros: Highly Recommended more

First part of my review of Dr. Roller 2/15/2008

I have been seeing Dr. Roller for at least six months, my insurance does not cover this service and Dr. Rollers been more than willing to work with me under such circumstances. Have you ever been to your family dr and need a prescription that the Dr. Will not fill again till he meets with you, he is not comfortable to do this via the phone. Why because he can not provide adequate treatment this way. Do the gym trainers not pressure you to work out daily and to return daily? more

Dr. Roller is awesome 2/15/2008

You interpreted totally incorrectly why Dr. Roller was wishing to see you on a regular basis. I have worked in the business world and that?s? how I am aware that a chiropractic office operates. My best friends are chiropractors in WA State. My friends phone forward to her home when their office is closed. I have seen her cry because she is exhausted from helping patients on their day off their phone rings up to 50 times in one day. Could you handle this? Some idiots call at 2a.m. in the morning. Its like I tell my students in school I did not pay thousands of dollars and years of education to babysit I am there to teach, and so lets give Dr. Roller the respect he deserves for the hours and thousands of dollars he invested going to college. Next time your back hurts who are you going call or blame for your woes. If one looks for the positive in any situation they will see it, When one looks for the negative in any situation that is what they will find. Mr. Driver SLC Part-time Local Educator more

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE ANYTHING OTHER THAN A PAYCHECK 1/27/2008

My problems with this dr. are not related to the actual care that I received but rather his high pressure to commit to more visits.Went in for treatment on an old untreated injury. When I got to the office I was given several laminated pages to read that went over what exactly a chiropractor was and what was to be expected from his services. I thought this was a good thing, I then was given more to read, ok..fine, I was then taken into a room and watched about a 5 minute video. Ok, at this point I'm ready for the dr and he comes into the room shortly thereafter. He asked me several questions and paid minimal attention to my answers. It was a very technical conversation, with about zero interaction. He then gave met x-rays. After the x-rays I thought that we would go over them and I would be treated. Nope! I had to schedule a SECOND office visit for that. Sooo, 48 hours later I was back and had to watch another video and read more pamphlets. Shortly thereafter the good doc was back again. Pop quiz time, I was actually quizzed on the video and laminate, again.I'm all for knowing what is being done in treatment but honestly I hated the quizzing. So the dr is back, he's finished with my quiz so it's time for treatment right? Negative, there is yet another laminate. At this time he tells me that he needs to see me 40 times over the current year. Oh but...if I pay now in advance for all 40 treatments I can save X percent. That's nice, a discount if I pay in advance for all 40 right now. This guy hasn't even touched me yet and he's asking me to commit to 40 treatments? You have got to be kidding me!! Naturally I informed him that this simply wasn't going to work for me. Remember that last laminate? IT'S THE FINANCING INFORMATION if I wanted to finance these 40 treatments! UGGH! I wouldn't commit to 40 so he said we should start off with 10 treatments. (i didn't) Now I will say that what he did worked but I simply cannot get around the slimy feel of the entire experience. more

Great Equipment ... 10/15/2007

This chiropractor has great equipment and service. However ... don't be surprised if you get uber pressure to schedule the next office visit within a few days, even for moderate discomfort or even if you just came in for an adjustment. Also it may happen (it did in my case) that Dr. Roller will call you if you cancel the appointment that you make under duress ... he literally stands there and waits til your next appointment is scheduled before he takes the next patient so there is no backing out ladies and gents. And ... if you cancel said appointment made under duress, don't be surprised if the receptionist hands the phone to Dr. Roller, who may interrogate you regarding WHY you are cancelling said appointment (at least this happened in my case). And possibly, as was the case with me, months after your visit takes place and the insurance coverage is confirmed, Dr. Roller's billing service will bill you for the full amount of the visit, plus possibly a little more than the original cost, so if you go, be sure to save those receipts! As I said, the equipment and service are great, if you can stand the pressure or in the alternative if you have time and money to go as often as your condition as dictates (I'll betcha weekly or more frequent visits will be recommended). Pros: Great equipment and service Cons: Too much pressure to make follow up appointments more

good 4 moms 2 be 1/5/2007

While very, very pregnant, I came to his office at the beginning of August of last year. My baby was OP and not being very cooperative! He was able to realign my back and bring me lots of relief. We scheduled a follow-up appointment a few days later on August 16th. Well, he did something right? I had to cancel because I went into labor and had a baby boy after only 3 hours of labor. I'm grateful for helping the little guy to turn and for his services since our birth was all natural at a birth center. I am now moving out of state, but I have steered interested friends and family toward his clinic. Pros: very personable and professional more

Gentle and Genuinely Concerned 12/16/2006

About two years ago I was in a four-wheeling accident while living in MT, the care I received thereafter was not adequate enough to keep me pain free. I recently moved to UT and was in an auto accident. He came highly recommended and I went to him immediately. I have received nothing but the best treatment from him and his staff. I sleep better and I have no more pain from this accident or the previous one. I look forward to my visits every week! Pros: Immediate attention more

Excellent Chiropractic Care for the whole family 12/16/2006

My children and I have attended Dr. Roller for almost five years. He has provided me with excellent care throughout my pregnancies and has kept our family pain free! During my third trimester I tripped and hurt myself very badly and didn't know if I would be able to have a regular delivery. He helped me to walk again and enjoy the remainder of my pregnancy. We love this office! Ask about his sinus treatments too! Pros: Highly knowledgeable in homeopathic remedies more

avoid this chiropractor 11/27/2006

very poor chiropractic service. dr is rough and does not seem to be concerned about helping except to get your copay. Ironically, my husband went to this same dr before I met him, and he didn't like the dr either. I would not recommend him to anyone. Pros: available parking Cons: poor doctor care more

Honest Chiro. 6/26/2006

Dr. Roller is honest and thorough. He cares about his patients and will fix you up. A good chiropractor! Pros: Thorough and caring staff. Cons: Xray is not in the same building more

Excellent Chiropractor 6/26/2006

Great service and the treatment worked wonders. Matthew did a great job making sure I was relaxed and that the muscles where ready, instead of just rushing through things. He listened and asked the right questions to make sure I received the treatment that would help me. Great chiropractor. Pros: Easy to find, convenient, close parking. more
