Both times I've been here the people are so nice! They go above and beyond and even though its a bad situation for me, that make it as pleasant as possible to get me back on the road. The referrals I get for other work have also proved fantastic. more

Fast service 4/20/2013

I was on the road on a long road trip when my 'check engine' light came on. I brought my 2000 Chevy Astro van to Rogue and they diagnosed the problem and spent the better part of the day fixing it even though I didn't have an appointment and they obviously had other cards to attend to as well. more

Was visiting from out of town and power steering went out. I needed to be back home for business next day so Dave squeezed my car in and made it happen. Even gave me a ride back to my aunts. more

Incredible service and attention to detail 4/17/2013

I've had my vehicles serviced at Rogue for about 5 years now, from my Ford Pickup to my Subaru to my two Volkswagens. The service has always exceptional. Problems are presented, options discussed, risk factors examined, and a solution agreed upon. Technically, there hasn't been a problem they couldn't solve quickly and to my complete satisfaction. At the same time, they've also always bent over backwards to accommodate my "emergencies" - scheduling me in when I needed immediate service. And finally, their shuttle service is an extraordinary benefit that really sets them apart. I'd recommend them without reservation. They are good, polite, and treat people well and fairly. more

Trustworthy 6/29/2011

Sometimes they pick up and deliver car when done. Very accommodating. They don't use our ignorance about cars as a tool against us. They treat us like family. Of course, with the amt. of repairs our cars need, we are probably supporting them. more
