My experience with Rogue Automotive was exactly how the Automotive Maintenance industry should be - No Surprises. These guys don't take another step without getting your approval...

My baby (van) deserves the BEST 10/20/2013

After many years (and heartaches along the way) of searching for a mechanic that we could trust and take good care of our vehicles, we feel very blessed to have finally found a great shop--Rogue Automotive. My trust in Rogue Automotive was recently confirmed when I was out of state and took my vehicle in for a regular oil change. The service technicians stated, "Wow, someone has been doing a great job of taking care of this van." That someone is Rogue Automotive :) Thank you!!!!! more

I would like 2 know where did u go for 7.5 mileson my car after I droped it off Plus u used 1/4 of a tank of gas how come & WHY??? more

Courteous, patient, 8/20/2013

Staff take time to explain the mechanical details, and don't treat women customers as idiots. Cost estimate doesn't suddenly expand after work is done. Place seems reliable, competent, popular, and offers van service. more

For the amount of work plus new parts, I think the price was fair. 8/13/2013

I am completely satisfied with My Ford Ranger performance, now. I appreciated the way Dave kept me informed of the work that needed to be done and the progress of the repairs. Nothing was done without my approval first. Thank you all at Rogue Automotive. more

75k regular maintenance 7/9/2013

- spark plug change. Friendly, helpful staff, pleasant experience. We will use them again when needed. Thank you and please tell Andrew that the car is running well and we did get new tires. The ones replaced had only 30k on them, they were 60k warrantied tires. We bought them from a tire dealer that does not have a store close to Medford, so we did not take advantage of the warranty. Oh well. more
