Low Key. No pressure put on us for purchase. We explained to the salesman what our intentions were such as wanting to purchase a midsize sedan, but not sure of the brand. We explained that we would narrow our choices to 2 cars and then contact him with our decision. Salesperson was quite understandable on that. Once we decided on the cars we were interested in, we explained to the salesman that it was one of his cars we were interested in. We explained also that it would be the following week before we made the purchase and we would be in touch. Again no pressure was put on us. The conversation continued the following week once I contacted the salesperson that I was going to purchase a car that day. It came down to the salesman wanting to know what it would take to get my business and we sere able to come to an agreement. Once that was done, I was in and out the door in ~ 2hours. I would definitely do business with Roger Beasley again. Eddie Gibler was the salesman, he was great!! more

Ricky was very nice and professional. We had some conversation prior to me coming to the dealership and when I got there, he had the vehicle ready and waiting. Even though I was pre-approved with another lender, he made sure that I got the best interest rate I could get. And I ended up going with a different lender because I got a better rate.\r more

Weird - something fishy going on 4/8/2012

We dealt with Warren and Big Mike. We went in to see a 2006 Vibe. We called the previous night and Warren called a few hours earlier to confirm our appointment - and that we asked for him. In the 2-3 hour period between Warren's phone call and the time we went in the car had sold. Warren didn't call to cancel the appointment and didn't tell us that the car when we arrived. Big Mike didn't tell us that the car had sold. Warren took us to the detail shop so that we could see the car - that had already been sold. The detailer and Warren said 'we could buy another car'. Warren said it wasn't his fault because Big Mike didn't tell him that the car had sold - Big Mike said nothing. They didn't care about wasting our time - all they care about is their commission. If you do business with - them do your homework, they don't need to earn any more than a couple hundred above the KBB trade-in value of any used car. Update - They posted the same car that they 'sold' for sale on again on clist Sunday the day after they told us it had been sold. BEWARE-STAY AWAY 3/4/2011

They don't honor their promotions, at least on used cars, and I was very thorough about not only reading the promotion, but following it to the letter. After I negotaited my best price and we had come to an agreement, I presented the promotion letter (it stated I was to give it to them after we had settled on a price) and we get an additional $2078 off the agreed upon price. I was told they already took that into account, but how could they have know and besides that's not what the promo stated. To make matters worse they tried to sell me the cars I was interested in at prices far above full retail, one as much as $6000 above retail. Avoid this place, but if you do go please make sure you know what the loan and true retail value is on the unit your interested in purchasing and only pay at the most somewhere in between. I was completely insulted by this place and I had cash in hand! more
