Time for 6 month maintenance and oil change. 4/5/2013. On the telephone when I called to make an appointment, the person in service was very friendly and accommodating. When I brought my car in for this first time the person who checked in the car seemed distracted and was not friendly. When I came back to get the car, it was here is the paperwork and here are your keys. Didn't mention where the car was, didn't mention as it said on the paperwork that I had no windshield wiper fluid (did they refill?), didn't mention when I should come back, and didn't mention that this was 1 of seven oil changes that are included in my VIP package. He couldn't take the 3 minutes to mention these things and make us feel like valuable customers? Hopefully this is not a true representation of your customer service in the service department.
