The grill on my 2013 Sonata needed to be replaced due to paint overspray from previous body work performed on the vehicle. Shawn ordered the part and it arrived within a few days. When I scheduled the service appointment with Shawn, I asked what day would be best to come in first thing in the morning since this would only take about 30 minutes to replace. My only complaint is when I arrived shortly after 7:00am, I was told that the technicians don't actually arrive until 7:30am. If this is normally the case, please don't ask customers to arrive when the service department opens so we can just sit and wait an additional 30 minutes for no reason. Having said that though, Shawn and his team were friendly, efficient and took care of my needs. I always recommend his team to friends who need service work done on their vehicles. more

Mike wasa awesome! I had very little time to purchase a car. I told him exactly what I wanted, and what I wanted to spend. In a very short time period, he showed me the car that I wanted with a payment with in my budget. I am very happy. Everyone was so nice an helpful at the dealership. more

I was pleased with how thorough my car inspection was, especially since I requested a full tune up to prepare for an upcoming road trip. The staff was very friendly. Also, you completed two major repairs in a relatively short amount of time. It was worth the drive from Austin to Kyle, TX. more

As always, the Roger Beasley team provided excellent, fast service. I am more satisfied with the service here than any of the dealerships I have dealt with in my many, many years of car ownership in Austin. They do exactly what they said they would do and complete the work on the schedule promised or faster. They have never tried to sell me any additional, unneeded service - unlike another dealership that will remain nameless! more

I was quite surprised to drive a vehicle into the service area that had approximately 22K miles on it, still under factory warranty, and be told it required $382.46 worth of work done that was not covered under the warranty. The cabin air filter I can understand. Filters need replacing periodically. The flush of the fuel injectors I can understand. That need doing periodically too. Since the battery is about 3 years old I can also kinda understand that even though it was still working perfectly. What I can't understand is how an auto that has been babied and not driven roughly could require an alignment. It has not ever been driven over a large bump. Whatever alignment is on that car now is the same alignment that came with it from the factory. I am going to contact Hyundai about selling me a car that was misaligned. That should be covered by the warranty since that is the way I received the car. more

Wonderful!!! I brought my car in because my 6 year old had sat on a package of sweet and sour sauce in my backseat. They service dept was amazing they got me in quickly and even let me know that the car was not going to be ready because the seats had not dried as quickly as usual because it was pouring down rain that day. This is the first car I have ever bought from Roger Beasley but it won't be my last. Everyone is so nice even when I have to bring my 3 kids in with me they are understanding and work quickly to get us out. The best part is when I bring my kids they are greeted also its good to know that my whole family is welcome more
