My Husband and I were celebrating our aniversary, and I have to say our room was simply perfect. We stayed in the room for two days and were sad to leave. The bed is insanely comfortable. The room didn't give you that nasty "hotel" feeling. It was like being a guest in someones house. more

Good place 8/31/2010

I got 2 rooms at this place on hotwire for $52 each plus fees. Good deal for a hotel that Hotwire claims has 100% of the guests satisfied!. I got nervous when I looked the hotel up on hotwire and found all these nasty reviews. What's weird is that on expedia they have amazing reviews for this place. What's up? more

Very clean 8/31/2010

Our Stay was great, were greated by the front desk staff with warm smile. room decoration was very colorful and modern. I was VERY clean. The beds comfortable, with many pillows. It was nice to have the ambiance of a room and livingroom. The staff was very accomidating. more

Very Convenient and Excellent Hotel? 8/19/2010

I researched hotels before making a trip from Phoenix to the West Coast, and decided Ontario was about as far as I wanted to go on Friday night after working all day. So as we were driving through, I pulled off I-10 to check out this hotel. more

Staff was friendly and quick. The room was the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever used. We are very happy with this hotel for the price we paid. more

I love this hotel. Free internet, free hot breakfast, free snacks in the evening. Beds were comfortable and nice size. I loved my stay. Best deal for your money. more

For your money this facility is the best, bar none! The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. The rooms are imaculate, and full of extra ameneties. The only thing is that I wish icould take them with me every where. BUt I can't, so I stay here as much as I can more

This hotel is absolutely amazing. I traveled to California to visit with family with three small children. Seeing as I was traveling alone the staff went above and beyond to help me and make my stay comfortable. more

Convenient, clean and a good deal for Ontario! 8/12/2010

I had not read the tripadvisor reviews before staying at this hotel. Good thing too. I understand what they are saying but I actually thought the place was a pretty good deal.\r \r I flew in late and their free shuttle picked me up within just a few minutes. The front desk person was very polite and answered a few questions I had about getting back to the airport. My room was non-smoking and seemed fine to me. I even did some laundry I had in my bag. Had a pizza delivered and watched some movies.\r \r I slept fine and didn't notice any major noise. In the morning I got up and went to their breakfast room for some food and was pleasantly surprised with what they had. Coffee was great. I noticed the pool and jacuzzi outside and would have gone in if I had brought my suit. The weather was nice.\r \r Overall, I thought the place was fine and the rate I got was a really good deal considering some of the prices of the other hotels near the airport. I would definitely stay here again. You can walk to local dining, but the options on site are great as well. Our stay was quiet, relaxing, and just as I expected. The staff was so friendly and laid back, it was impressive to be treated so nice more

I really enjoyed my stay at this home away from home hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful they really do catered to your needs. The place is clean and the location was just great. I will stay at this hotel again whenever I travel to the west coast, it?s like having a time share apartment! more

On my twelve day California trip, this hotel was probably among the top in cleanliness and more than half the cost of most the hotels on my journey. It was a great value in all areas. The hotel had the most robust wifi system of my trip, being the only hotel where I could download a tv show. It was very clean. The only issue I had was that the tv and a light were not plugged in and I did not have the energy to hunt for a socket. Others may not like that the hotel is on a busy street. But, this is an airport area and fairly industrial. I had a room facing the busy road and had no issues sleeping. This is also a budget hotel in the sense that there is no iron, and the toiletries are a bar of soap and a packet of shampoo. Nothing fancy, but the room looks like a hotel of twice the price. Will definitely consider staying here again if I am in Ontario. more

I was there working on a new hospital that was just opening, the location was close to my work site as well as close to a ... wide variety of dining facilites. The staff was very friendly, I have no complaints concerning the facility it was what I've come to expect at the Choice Hotels. more

The staff here was extremely nice and always offering to help out with anything, from transportation times, breakfast schedule, room service, taxis, etc. The wireless internet in the room was very fast and reliable. Room was clean, included refrigerator and microwave, and room service was always respectful of our wishes. more

NEW 5/21/2010

I did not know what to expect and was really pleased when I arrived at the hotel. Everything seemed new. The beds, rooms and ... exercise equipment. I was able to get to victoria gardens and ontario mills mall rather quickly and without ever having to get on a freeway. My only complaint is that the lobby was a little noisy on the friday evening when I arrived. more

i got in kind of late and checkin in was a little confusing because i had to walk around and search for someone but it didnt take long to be in my room after i found someone that worked there more

great hotel in ontario ca. 5/17/2010

i had a great time in ontario ca. one of my reasons to go there was the quilt show at the ontario convention center. the hotel was closed to the convention and easy access there. i wish the hotel had a shuttle there. the hotel was very nice , clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. i give it a i enjoyed my stay in ontario. the hotel was closed to the convention center which had the quilt show which i attended 3 days. i wish the hotel had a shuddle to the center. the hotel was very nice,clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. they had a shuttle to the airport when we were really to leave. i give it a A+ will stay there again and highly recommend it. more
