Don't believe the hype about them being a good place to sell your gold and silver. Sure they have some pretty good merchandise, but they probably ripoffed a customer to get it. Went there to appraise and possible sell my engagement ring, boy was that a waste of time. Told me my ring was worth $400 if that, and they would only give me $100 if I wanted to sell it. I told them they are out of their minds. Took the ring to a few other places, and a place that specializes in appraisals. All of them said the ring was worth over $1000 easy. I told the appraiser what Rocky's said, he laughed and said that place is a joke, not to trust them, and he didn't understand how they were still operating because they're basically frauds. Don't waste your time on them, they'll just rip you off and act like they're giving you a good deal. more
