I Bought a car a few months ago because I heard they had a good reputation. Car had bald tires, squeeling brakes,front end shook all after a new inspection???? Air conditioner worked 1 time. I complained to the manager and owner who took the car replaced tires with more used tires. Supposedly fixed the air to find out it worked 1 more time. Even though it was sold with air. And was told we can now fix it to the tune of $400. Salesmen were nice and tried to be helpful. Needless to say I will not be a repeat customer. more

I must say, these people have always been very nice to deal with. They are not pushy or dishonest. If you ask them a question and they don't know, they'll do their best to find out the correct answer (THIS IS VERY REFRESHING!). They have a ton of inventory so it gives you a lot of cars to check out at the same place. Most of them are under 40,000 miles. They started doing videos of their cars, thats pretty cool. They always show you the book price and are never pushy. They can arrange financing, at lower rates then most credit unions and they also have a service dept. I guess thats why my family bought so many vehicles there. These guys are along 272 in Ephrata, set up an appointment with them sometime and drive home in your new car. i had a good experience with this dealership. Our Salesman Phil, was great. He was honest and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. he wasn't pushy like most salesmen and let us take our time with looking over the vehicles and test driving different cars. They have a good selection of different cars and good prices. The only thing I didn't like too much was the trade in value is way lower than what Kelly Blue Book states you should get. I could have gotten a better deal if I kept my old car and sold it myself. I don't usually spend time with reviews. But I should tell you that these folks are ok. I don't know why anyone would buy elsewhere. They have the lowest prices I've found yet. Plus they are honest. I know of at least 6 other people who have bought there. This place did have a good selection of vehicles however they are non-negotiable when it comes to anything. You definitely want to get your own financing as well your own warranties!
