Was a new patient with an appointment early this year. Eye exam was awkward and equipment was out dated. Chose this place because I was interested in purchasing Maui Jim sunglasses and my regular optometrist doesn't carry them. A few weeks ago I found a different pair of sunglasses that I liked at Lenscrafters while on a business trip. I spent an hour in the store getting my new sunglasses sized for my face. Left the store and was expecting to get my awesome new Ray Ban sunglasses in the mail in a few weeks. Didn't happen. Rocky Mountain Contacts lost my paperwork and was also rude to the Lenscrafter tech who was calling them for my prescription. I called them back a week later and they still couldn't find my paper work that I spent 30 minutes filling out. Huge waste of my time on two accounts. Will not be going back.
