The servers are very friendly at this restaraunt, and the breakfasts are quick and huge. A line out the door told us it was very popular with locals and tourists alike. A short wait will get you a table and the wait is worth it. more

I will NEVER eat here again! POOR SERVICE! 8/6/2005

We went to Rocky Bay Cafe for breakfast on our anniversary weekend and was extremely disappointed all the way around. From the poor service (we had to wait over an hour for our food and was never acknowledged) to the mediocre (at best) food, it was a dreadful experience that chased away two customers for good. Pros: Good Location Cons: Poor Service, Mediocre Food, Long Waits more
