My husband and I went here to purchase a car and the sales Manager told s that were approved at 9pm that night. He told us that he would have the car cleaned and gassed up for us to pick up the next day. We gave them a CASH deposit on that basis. When we returned the next day they told us that the deal fell through. We accepted that but we requested our money back. We were told that nothing could be done until Monday. My husband told them that was unacceptable we had given them cash and we wanted our money back. They had 5 hours that the bank was still open that they knew that the deal was now void. There was no attempt on there part to try and get us our money back. Since my husband was putting up a fuss the Sales Manager told us to come back on Saturday after he could talk to the GM. We returned and were told by the same Sales Manager that the GM wanted to call the banks personally and try to get this deal to go through. My husband and I agreed with the stipilation that we would get our CASH back on Monday if they couldn't put it together. Again we were told yes we would get our money back on Monday no matter what if the deal fell through. My husband went back today and was told that they were not able to get the deal to work. That was fine, but when my husband asked for our money back he was told that a request for a check had been put through. THey could not give us our cash back or write us a check for our money at that office, even though they somehow have the capability to deposit money. He was told that the Houston office would supposedly be mailing us a check that hopefully be coming in by the end of the week. When my husband asked for a number so he could find out exactly when they would mail check out he was given a HR number for a Dallas office. Being in the Customer Service field for 16 years I do NOT understand how a company can hold your money for no reason when you do not have any merchandise. Not to mention that it is unacceptable to be lied to about getting your hard earned money back not once but twice. This was such a horrible experience I will not be going back to a ford dealership for a very long time. more

Buyer Beware!!... Crooks & Thieves \r Let me save you the trouble, DO NOT BUY FROM ROCKWALL FORD. Please read- \r We purchased a Ford 2005 F350 and paid 13,000 cash (not to mention my own trade -in). On the day we went to pick up the truck Service Center just ran their inspection on it. Nothing was EVER disclosed to us about 2 FAILED INJECTORS or how the F350 years 2003-2007 have had recalls on their engine. Basically they took advantage of a couple who was eager to buy a truck cash. Long story short exactly 2 weeks later the engine blew. Went back to Rockwall Ford and had Service Center print out the report from the day we bought the truck, and right on the report it states, ""2 failed injectors- repairs declined"". I asked who declined the repairs and Service Center said Sales Dept did. Walked right over to sales to try to get the situation resolved and Karl (Director of Sales) basically said AS IS. He also states as a dealer he DOES NOT have to disclose if a vehicle has mechanical issues or not. He says it is his JOB to sale the vehicle NOT to worry if it has problems or not. I recorded our conversation and if you could hear what a dirt bag he is, you would RUN FAR AWAY FROM ROCKWALL FORD!!...Oh, and the way they wanted to resolve the issue was for us to finance a 2004 GMC 2500HD for $16,999, which is only worth $6,400,(per Texas Dept of Motor Vehicles)and they wanted us to put MORE money down on a truck that is nowhere near the truck we bought. Rockwall Ford is a dealership that has NO integrity, morals or values when it comes to their customers. They will rip you off and not even think twice. I cannot even phantom how a name like Ford would even do business with the owners of Rockwall Ford....I am sick to my stomach how we were treated and how we LOST $13,000 on something we thought would be a good investment for our company. Next time I rather do business with a mom-and-pop car dealer then a big name company....If anyone would like more info, please message me. I have so much more to say!\r more

Overall happy visit 5/8/2012

I have asked the last two times I have came in to get the oil changed how much it would cost to fix the inside door handle on the drivers side and I have never been told. The cover is coming off of it. I was just want to know so I could try to get the money to get it fixed. I have been happy with the service other wise. Thank You. more

When I pulled up and announce to the guy that walked up that I had an appointment to have my radio replaced. He sent a nice young lady out to help since my normal service advisor was not in t the moment. more

I was real apprehensive coming in as we have had some marginal work before at this dealership. I decided to give it another try and only do a couple specials. So far so good. Hopefully it will stay that way so I may get comfortable again. more

The service was fantastic. I thing Mustang Magazine or Muscle Car Magazine in the customer waiting are to read would have been nice. Free WiFi in the waiting area would also be nice. more
