Be careful. I had requested a repair on my guitar pick up a month ago. Charged me $25 for nothing. Pick up still sounded terrible, returned for another repair. Needed a new pick up...okay no problem. Said it would be about $200. Went to pick it up and now the charge was $260. Clerk just said "sorry, I have to charge what is on the ticket". Not very nicely either, rude and unconcerned. What a hassle and what terrible customer service. I've been going to Rockley's for over 20 years. The last few years have been steady on the decline. Time to find a new game in town. I'll sure be sharing my experience with everyone I know. more

Thank you so much for sharing your fine facility and awesome piano for recitals. Many students had the experience of their life when they heard the great sound and discovered what it could do. many Thanks For allowing students and parents to purchase music. Many families were excited to see all you offer. Kudos to all who made our evening beyond fantastic. All were kind and very helpful. more

Overall Amazing 6/28/2011

They have an AMAZING sheet music department. I play the Viola, and, if you do (or have even ever tried to find Viola sheet music) you know its next to impossible to get anything decent for the instrument. The people at the sheet music department are so helpful, they take you to their computer and show you some stuff they have online. They actually will order it for you too. They helped me find some perfect music. Furthermore they have some very nice and helpful employees. They certainly do go above and beyond what a lot of people do. They also don't pressure you to buy stuff, which is a huge plus. Overall, The high prices on accessories is easily solved by going somewhere online like Shar music, and get your sheet music (and rosin) here. more

Great spot 6/8/2011

Great spot for looking at pianos and like the stretch of colfax here but i wish that lakewood would do more to help the businesses here since it looks bad in places that are gone or tatoo and pawn stores. more

My favorite place to shop! 3/15/2011

I have lived in the Denver area for 17 years, and I still find that Rockley's has such a great selection of in-stock print music, friendly, competent staff who go out of their way to help me find what I need, and one of the best music teacher discount programs in the area. It's definitely my favorite place to shop! more
