Rockin' Cleveland Party Bus

We ordered a bus for 22 with A/C for our wedding party. Sounds simple right? Clearly not! First off the people who answer the phone sound trashy and less than professional. They sent a bus that holds about thirteen with a shattered door to pick up my bridal party. My father-in-law called to tell them they messed up so they then sent us a NON AIR CONDITIONED bus that held everyone. My girls hair and make-up were ruined! The bus radio kept going out and the poor bus driver was up front jiggling some sorta socket to try to make it work. I tipped the driver because he was nice and had nothing to do with the poor business provided. THEN after the wedding i find a charge on my credit card which they were NOT authorized to charge for the remainder of the total due. My father-in-law had spoken to them and received confirmation his card was charged, however, they charged mine! I called to resolve this and the first guy says he can help me but then tells me to call some other guy. I call the other guy because they were due to refund $200 for the mess up and I wanted the charge off my credit card! He doesn't call me back in a timely fashion. Finally, I hear back from him via voicemail that because I disputed the charge he can't re-credit $200 of it. THE WHOLE AMOUNT NEEDED REMOVED..CLEARLY THESE ARE NOT GOOD BUSINESS OWNERS! I am STILL trying to resolve this but in my opinion they failed to provide the services requested which I have documented. I NEVER signed a contract with them, and I would NEVER NEVER wish this for any other wedding. BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I'm on the border of going to a lawyer because this is ridiculous! By the way this company is NOT cleveland affiliated..its the carolinas! more

Booked this company for prom for our son and his friends...would never make that mistake again! First, the driver called me and said he would be at the pickup location about 1 hour before we agreed then he took the 15 couples to the prom only to call me four times because he was lost. The driver was given instructions that he was to pickup the kids at the prom and drive around the city scape till midnite...well at 10:45pm he dropped them off at the house and simply drove away without talking with an adult. This means that we paid till 12:30 and didn't get the service! When I tried to call him he was rude and hung up on me. I was relentless and asked for his boss - he finally gave his number and since he already contacted him it was a pointless call - the boss cimply took the drivers side and offered no resolution. Here is the bad part - I paid him in cash including his tip for rental at the beginning of the trip --- big mistake! I shoudl have paid at the end of the evening and only given a tip if good service was provided. I did pay for a deposit on my credit card and attempted to charge that back only to have them question it and I simply didn't have the time to fight it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....They are a trues disappointment to Cleveland. This was a very special occasion and its very disappointing that we used this company for transaportation. more
