Sure Lynda makes recommendations what service provider doesn't. Do you go to your dentist twice a year and not brush your teeth between cleanings? Why would you care for your teeth any different then your skin? It is all about maintance! Follow up products and service are part of the plan it doesn't make the professional "pushy" as for hearing and sharing personal information it is no different then your hair dresser talking to you, or the bartender is par for the course. You my dear I think are confused. more

Great Service! 10/4/2009

I have been going to Rock Creek Laser for a few months and I am very satisfied with the work that I have had done. The owner is very nice and personable. She is very knowledgeable about skin care, laser and electrolysis. I have the best facial in my life here. The cost of my treatment was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Rock Creek Laser. more

Just so you know, if you go to Rock Creek you will hear personal details and gossip while you are forced to listen during your sessions. . The owner is extremely unprofessional and doesn't guarantee her work, and although I had been using her services for over a year I see very little change in the areas I had lasered. She is very intimidating, her prices are sketchy and change visit to visit and if you call her on it she will ask you to not return. How's that for customer service? more
