This is the best car repair shop in the area. My husband and I have been using Rochester Radiator for over six years. We have a truck and two cars and this is the only shop we will use. We have always been satisfied with any work we have had done here. Mike never pressures us to have work done that we don't immediately need. He has kept our cars running great, is always easy to deal with and fits us in whenever we need a fast repair. Mike even follows up with us after our cars are worked on to be sure everything is working OK. We could not be happier with the service we have received at Rochester Radiator.\r more

This customer brought his car on 9/30/10 for a state inspection. It failed for an unsafe tire and a bulb. On 11/18/10 he showed up with no appointment expecting to have his car reinspected. I explained to him that we were very busy and didn't know that we would get to his car but he could leave it and I would see what we could do. Because of our heavy work load it doesn't get done.I tell him to make and appointment he picks up his car a couple of hours and leaves. more

Extremely poor customer service-beware 11/30/2010

Please don't go to this business. After waiting three days for my car to be reinspected, this owner went into a rage complaining about the fact that I didn't give him my expensive car repairs and that he was going to make me wait. This is the worse example of poor customer service I have received. This individual believes only people who spends a lot of money in his shop deserves service. Beware of this company. more
