I hired Roccograndi Company to paint the exterior of my house. The original estimate was incomplete, and each revision would then leave something else out and the cost of each estimate kept ballooning. The workers kept asking me for money, claiming Gary said he had no money to pay them if I didn't pay him. Checks had to be made out to "cash." Then he claimed that he original estimate did not include painting the porch floors and foundation. He only came to my property once to do the original estimate, and I never saw him again. His team did complete my job, but only with me constantly on top of them. He started an exterior paint job with one of my neighbors in November, and then stiffed this person. He is not a reputable, professional businessman. more

It took several weeks from the date we signed the contract for Gary's team to finally begin painting. Gary never visited the work site even though I requested a walk through several times because his team left my property a mess. There were paint chips and garbage everywhere and he refused to believe his son's crew left my property that way until I refused to pay him any money. 2 month's after we signed the original contract he finally sent someone to clean up everything. I still have paint splatter all over my flower ned and several bags of trash from the stuff I cleaned up on my own. more

Great work! An owner was constantly on site and overall all the every employee made sure I was completely satisfied. I find it very hard to choose the right colors when painting but they made it very easy and stress free. more

We were having a party and needed painting done on our entire first floor Roccograndi's made it happen. They sent their crews in and got everything we needed done in the time frame we laid out. They were not only fast but everything was done very meticulously and they strived to make sure all our requests were taken care of. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a painter. more

They explained each step of their process showed us samples before each color was applied and the employees were very courteous, as well as neat and clean. We would call them back for additional work. more

I can't imagine the other reviewers actually receiving quality service. Roccograndi messed up my job something fierce. Pathetic quality. Wrong paint. Peeled within one season. And on top of it all will not return phone calls or honor his warranty. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Also heard he owes money to the govt. Stay away! Stay far away! more
