If you want a Victoria Beckham hairdo, go here. Half the staff, including the owner has that one side longer than the other hairdo. So awful! Be careful, this is what you will get even if you don't ask for it. The front desk has an average IQ of 40. The only lessons they remember is how to be rude and stupid. Stay away! You can do a better job at home on your own. more

I have been trying to find that perfect haircut and color for probably a good 15 years!!!! Let's just say that Karen is the nicest and most knowledgeable stylist I have ever been too!!! When I say nicest not that other stylist weren't nice but wow is this woman something!!! From the first consult to every time I go in for my beautification Karen is just the best!!!! Highly recommend Karen to all my worker's and friends and the one's who have gone to see her are amassed at the results!!!! Well there Karen you have made my mid 40's feel as though I was in my twenties again!!! Look forward to many more beautification days in your chair!!!! So glad Karen is my stylist and would never see anybody else, thanks Karen!!!! more

I have been going to Salli and Rocco's for 14 years. Within that time I have tried a few other salons, and I can honestly say that the stylists, Salli in particular, give the best hair cuts. She is always willing to offer suggestions for new styles and will give you an honest opinion if you ask her about a specific style you like and whether or not it will work for your hair type and face shape. I constantly get compliments on my hair style/cut. I am not sure what the negative comment is about from May 18, but I have never run into a problem with staff being rude. In fact, many of the stylists that are there today were there when I started going to Salli 14 years ago. more

If it wasn't for 1 particular stylist I would never step foot in this place again. Horrible rude front-desk staff. They (yes, more than 1 of them!) are rude and act as if doing their job is too much to ask of them. And this is with frequent turn-over---they can't seem to find anyone who can manage the front AND be professional! Stylists are treated poorly by management and if the woman I see ever goes elsewhere I'm right there with her. Move on, my friend; you will have many clients following you! more

I would say half the staff here is excellent, the other half is not. The front desk staff seems to have a rotating bunch of idiots, while there is like one lady at the front desk who knows what is going on. I have been going for over 15 years and was really disappointed to hear of my favorite staff member leaving. great place if you know which staff to avoid. Due to this specific staff member leaving, I have followed her along with my 3 sisters to her new salon. however, I would def go back to salon had someone else been as great with my hair. more

Good: I love everyone there, they are all soooo friendly and have a great sense of humor when you sit down in the chair they make conversation with you, its not just dead silence. also, they have nice music playing in the background. All of the stylists and colorists know exactly what to do and they keep the customer satisfied!!!! I am very pleased every time i walk in and out of there!!!. Bad: Everything there is amazing, it's so neat and clean, they use the best products around and the waiting room isn't boring and uncomfortable everything about it is perfect!. Improvements: I don't think there is anything to change because everything is going very smoothy and when you get your hair done there it feels as if you were blessed by an angel. I would be very surprised if someone wasn't satisfied!. Other: I LOVE YOU SALLI!!!!!!!. more

After years of paying great money for terrible haircuts and awful foils I saw a friend with a good hair cut and nice color and asked her where she went. I have been going to Salli and Rocco's ever since. It has been two years now. Myra does a great foil and so does Anna Sousa. Anna does a great cut too. She is very pleasant and has nice ideas. She is super flexible with my ideas too. Anna, Remi and Myra are hilarious. I feel like I am a guest on a comedy show at times. It's a little expensive but I walk out feeling like a million bucks! more

Always walk out looking great and the best part is I can do it myself between cuts and it still looks great! more

Good: Salli and Rocco has the best hair supplies and the best haircuts in the world. when i got the haircut it made me look gorgeous.. Bad: Nothing at all it was a great place.. Improvements: I would like to see Rocco and Salli just so what there doing cause there doing a good job.. more

I have been going to this Salon for years and have had Anne S cut my hair. When the pricing went up serveral years ago I tried going to other salons but never could get the cut that would last as long. I have very curly hair and my cut holds its shape for 8 weeks with Ann- other salons I need to got back in 4 to 6 weeks. Ann spends as long as 40 min to cut my hair - it is a great cut. more

This is the worst hair salon around. The colorist Remi left the color on my hair for 45 minutes, when it is supposed to be for 20-30 minutes. At most. She is arrogant and quickly slaps on the color, instead of just putting it on he new growth with was only a 1/4 an inch. She had it on at least 2 inches from the roots down. I questioned if this would be okay. This is what probably made her leave it on for so long, out of spite! The result was a LOT of breakage in many places about 2 inches down and more.I have thin hair to begin with so it shows, and makes it very difficult to work with. Went to see Rocco on of the owners and said it was impossible that the color did this blah blah. Of course, he would not acknoweledge her huge error.It must be something else! Bull!!! Run do not walk from this incompetent salon. They are hazardous to your hair and it's health more

I went to the Salon on a referral. The hairdresser asked me what I would like to do with my hair. I made a suggestion and she disagree, she said my hair would look to much like a mullet. I assured her that I did not want that look. So I said I like Salli hair cut (What could go wrong Salli is standing right there). I told her over and over DO NOT touch the length. After she was done blow drying my hair she stated, she was going to thin my hair out. She used both the thinning shears and the razor. Suddenly she took the razor to the left side of my hair and went to short. Right away I started to cry. She then asked me if I liked it. "NO" I said, her response was "Sorry Honey". Well first I am 50 years old so the last thing I wanted to hear was "Sorry Honey". She then proceeded to walk over to the sink area, and did not come back to the chair. I then made my way to the front of the Salon where the receptionist then told me how much I owed. For the first time in 30 years, my response was "I am not paying for this cut". Also I wanted to make note that the hairdresser did not even come to the front of the Salon, the receptionist had to go back and speak to her. I am not the type of person to make a complaint. But I did want to go over and ask Salli does this look anything like your cut. One thing I did think was funny the first style I had spoken of that she disagree with because she said that would look like a mullet. Well that is exactly what she gave me in a MUCH SHORT version. Salli and Rocco it surprises me with your name you would have some one on your staff that would speak to a customer that way. I have had to have my hair fixed by someone else since then and that was a short 2 weeks ago. more

Very nice, clean upscale salon in Westwood. Very attentive to customers and nice personnel. Great stylists! more
