Review content:
I went to the Salon on a referral. The hairdresser asked me what I would like to do with my hair. I made a suggestion and she disagree, she said my hair would look to much like a mullet. I assured her that I did not want that look. So I said I like Salli hair cut (What could go wrong Salli is standing right there). I told her over and over DO NOT touch the length. After she was done blow drying my hair she stated, she was going to thin my hair out. She used both the thinning shears and the razor. Suddenly she took the razor to the left side of my hair and went to short. Right away I started to cry. She then asked me if I liked it. "NO" I said, her response was "Sorry Honey". Well first I am 50 years old so the last thing I wanted to hear was "Sorry Honey". She then proceeded to walk over to the sink area, and did not come back to the chair. I then made my way to the front of the Salon where the receptionist then told me how much I owed. For the first time in 30 years, my response was "I am not paying for this cut". Also I wanted to make note that the hairdresser did not even come to the front of the Salon, the receptionist had to go back and speak to her. I am not the type of person to make a complaint. But I did want to go over and ask Salli does this look anything like your cut. One thing I did think was funny the first style I had spoken of that she disagree with because she said that would look like a mullet. Well that is exactly what she gave me in a MUCH SHORT version.
Salli and Rocco it surprises me with your name you would have some one on your staff that would speak to a customer that way.
I have had to have my hair fixed by someone else since then and that was a short 2 weeks ago.
