Simply put...overpriced. Sure, Sonja was fine but not worth the $70 I was charged for a shampoo and a glorified trim. An unimpressive, barely noticeable, nearly effortless trim. F...

Amazing with hair 1/13/2006

I had just moved to Orlando and desperately needed my hair colored and cut. When I arrived, the staff was so friendly. My hair was in horrible condition, but Tamara was wonderful with helping me pick out the color and style I wanted. She did amazing things with my hair. I expected it to actually fade more than it did. It is a little pricey, but then again I am a college student. I paid $200 for cut, full color, lowlights, highlights, and to have the mess of a color before lifted. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend them to everyone. more

New to this state and not knowing where to go for color and cuts I was fortunate to find this salon through a friend at work. After a year of wonderful service, great hair cuts, and beautiful color I am sold! Sonja and Robert are truly a professional team. Together they are warm genuine people that know their stuff and really care about their clients. more

Not Your Typical Day Spa! 1/5/2006

If you want to find a one stop shop where you are treated like a queen, look no further. I found the salon two years ago when I was looking to get Thermal Reconditioning done. They were one of the first salons in town to do this comprehensive process. My ""Brillo Pad"" hair was quickly transformed into striaght, shiny, healthy looking hair. Since then, Sonja and Robert have won me over. I am amazed at their unique blend of professionalism mixed with genuine, attentive care. Not only has Sonja done wonders with my hair, but Robert has taken years off my face with microderm abrasion sessions. I leave feeling pampered and looking great. I've been to quite a few salons in Casselberry, Winter Springs, Winter Park, etc., and Robert Severo is by far the best. They know what they're doing and they do it well. Sonja is my stylist and she's fantastic! Great atmosphere and people. more

Sonja saved my hair! (and my life!) 12/18/2005

Just kidding about my life, but Sonja did a color correction on my hair. I had been to another salon that turned my hair ORANGE! She was able to color correct my very fine, very curly difficult hair so I can get through the holidays looking like ME. She is absolutley the BEST. Her skill and expertise, as well as her professionalism, far exceed anyone I have gone to in the last ten years, and I've moved around a lot! more

Sonya is an artist! For cut and color -- there is no other. I moved to the coast and drove back for my appointments. She and husband Robert ensure all clients are pampered. more

Definitely Recommend!!! 7/25/2005

Sonya is great! I recently had Thermal Reconditioning done and the results are unbelievable. I had very frizzy and curly hair that I was never happy with. Now, I get compliments from people all the time, even people who don't know what a disaster my hair was before! My hair is perfectly straight, really soft, and shiny. Sonya did a great job. I would recommend her to anyone considering TR. It was absolutely worth it! more

Master Stylist Sonia the Miracle Worker 7/25/2005

I've had problematic hair for years. I,ve tried numerous shampoos, treatments and styles, to no avail. I thought I was going to have to wear hats forever. Then I had Thermal Reconditionng done by Sonia and was extremely satisfied with the results. I am a new person. My hair is straight, soft and shiny. I highly recommend Thermal Reconditioning for anyone with problematic hair. Its well worth the time and money. Sonia explains what she is doing and makes sure everything is done perfectly. The entire staff at Robert Severo were friendly and accommodating. I have never come across such a friendly staff anywhere until now. I also had a beautiful set of acrylic pink and whites done by Sonia on one of my visits. I'm complimented on them and my hair every day. My overall experience here has been wonderful. I have finally found my ""master stylist"" in Sonia. more

Sonya is the best!!! 6/14/2005

The staff at Robert Severo is the best. I recently went in for Thermal Reconditioning. I hated my thick, curly hair and was ready for a serious change. My sister got hers done and it looked great so I went to Sonya for a consult and we scheduled an appointment. I walked in the salon with a pile of mess on my head and walked out a changed person. My hair looked gorgeous and was so soft. Sonya took her time when doing my hair. It was worth every penny. Pros: Great Staff, Great Location, Great Service more
