He?s simply the THE BEST!!!\r Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for what Mr. McInvale has accomplished in my Custody and Legal Battle.\r Mr. McInvale took on my case as substitution for my first lawyer in a post-divorce battle.\r On the verge of losing everything, including my children, I needed a lawyer capable to handle a high conflict case. Someone who would not back down and handle a highly narcissistic and difficult ex- spouse. His common sense advice regarding post-Divorce problems, especially with the children is invaluable.\r Reid is an expensive lawyer. Don?t let that stop you from hiring him. He gets you a rock solid Divorce Decree! Not being represented by a lawyer in my Divorce has cost me twice as much as Mr. Mcinvale costs. I've been a client of Reid's for over 10 months now through a difficult contested divorce with child. Reid McInvale was my second lawyer after the first lawyer proved not to be aggressive at all. Reid is a fantastic lawyer and can't praise him enough for the nearly flawless work he has performed during my trial. He is thorough, aggressive as a bulldog, looks like a bulldog and totally shut down my ex-wife and her lawyers. \r \r For example, Reid had physical evidence to bring to court supporting my case against her word of mouth, which the court overruled her. Whenever her lawyer would attempt to gain sympathy, Reid would counter instantly with an ""objection"" since the topic would not be relevant to the trial settings. \r \r I'm not the best versed in legal matters. I have a hard time remembering ""petitioner"" and ""respondent"". However, Reid guided me through all of the legal malaise with clear and concise direction. He has been extremely fair with billing, and although he is rather expensive, he is worth every penny. I've saved a boatload of money by going with McInvale than staying with a less aggressive and experienced lawyer. \r \r Reid can be rough on the edges and when I'm not doing my job, he lets me know it, but that's the way it should be and the man gets things done quickly. That's what you want with a lawyer anyway. The least amount of work (i.e. money) for the most amount of results. \r \r If you want an efficient and clear lawyer that will win, Reid is your man! more

Awesome!\r Reid handled my divorce two years ago and recently helped me out again. He is very responsive and quickly cuts to the chase! I was very impressed because he is very honest in what he knows the outcome will be and isn't just out to get your $$$ like alot of attorneys are. With that being said Reid is prob one of the most trusted attorneys I would ever go to. I have also referred several of my friends to him as well. They were very happy with the outcome of their situation. To describe Reid....He is def a ""tough Texas Lawyer!"" That is exactly what I needed. I wanted someone to get in there and get it over with. That is exactly what he did! He competely took control and literally ""EVERYONE stepped back!"" I recently retained Reid to handle my divorce. I knew after talking to him the first time that he was a straight-forward and knowlegeable divorce attorney. Everythng in the divorce was handled very professionally, and he seemed to know at every turn whether to be tough, and when it was time to start trying to find a middle-ground. The other very good part of his service is that he keeps you completely invloved in every step, including his e-mail messages back and forth, etc. I never had to call to find out what was happening. If it was happeing, I knew it as it happened. Reid has a very strong personality, which you see the first time you meet hm, but you really don't appreciate the importance until you see him in the courtroom. He is very much in his own element and he is certainly in command. If you are looking for an attorney that will comfort you and try to understand the emotional issues, I would not choose Reid. If you need an attorney that completely understands the process, keeps you involved as things happen, can be reached almost any time, and who aggressively gets things done, then Reid would be the perfect choice in my opinion. more

Grossly over charged for a consult, a couple of phone calls, and a couple emails, concerning not using his services, but never actually did anything. Had nothing to show for $1475. more

Trust is the first thing that comes to mind when you are putting everything in someone else's hands to represent you.
