I never thought I’d need to hire another attorney post-divorce, but I’ve hired several and decided it was time for me to stop wasting money on mediocre counsel and hire the BEST! I found Mr. McInvale after calling several other attorneys and knew instantly that he was my attorney. The first phone call was returned immediately, he asked me about my case, who opposing counsel was and looked it up. He didn’t require me to take time off work and pay a consultation fee. He explained the law, answered my questions and said, “Now you just have to decide if you want me!” I knew at that moment, I wanted and needed Mr. McInvale on my side. Though this was one matter, he defended me to the end even after opposing counsel refused to draft an Order according to the judge’s ruling. People tend to think attorney's charge a lot but we hired Mr. McInvale because we realized we would not hesitate to invest t in a car or home and we value our daughter and grandchildren much more than a car. It was the best thing we could have done. Reid is an unusually skilled litigator and has the wisdom to know how to use his experience and knowledge to get the very best outcome for his clients. He defended our daughter with as much passion as we would have. He prepared her for the meditation and court when the case ended up there. Court is a very stressful experience for those of us not familiar with the legal world. He have her great support and she felt confident when she went to court.
