Other review website confirmed that I wasn't the only patient who got injured by Beltran. I thought I read that he even got reprimanded by the Medical Board. Strangely, this website is full of positive reviews and most reviews done around year 2010. Too bad I didn't meet him around 2010 so I didn't have to write a bad review. \r \r My story; Beltran did a surgery to address a medical issue, but messed it up. He did a corrective surgery. Messed it up again and added new problems. He got paid thousands, if not tens of thousands dollars, from my insurance company and me for the surgeries/labs like MRI etc. He could see the new problems that he caused. He dared to suggest a third surgery; ""insurance payment only."" How kind. His greed caused me permanent injuries. I suffer everyday. more

Excellent Plastic Surgeon! 5/2/2011

I went to see Dr. Beltran a few years ago on the advice of my primary caregiver. I had some breathing problems and I had always wanted to fix my crooked nose. Dr. Beltran is one of the few surgeons in So Cal who is Double Board certified to actually perform this surgery. I'm so happy I chose him. I have since befriended a woman who unfortunately had the same surgery with a plastic surgeon in Newport Beach who was not double Board Certified and she is miserable, even after two revisions! I have since referred her to Dr. Beltran. more

I have been very pleased with Dr. Beltran and his work. I had saline breast implants done by him 11 years ago when his office was in Costa Mesa, across from South Coast Plaza. I had no problems and I followed all of his post care steps. I am also one of his before and after breast augmentation photos on his website. I also had restylane injections administered by him personally on two separate occasions 4 years ago which turned out great. He has always educated me on risks and different types of ways a certain procedure could be done and suggested the best ways to go about getting realistic results that best fit my body type. more

My results are awesome and often complimented on 1/26/2011

I have been a patient of his for 25 years. I have had corrective functional surgery x 2 and a cosmetic procedure with him. My results are awesome and often complimented on by physicians I work with. I would only trust him with my loved ones or myself, not because there are not other wonderful surgeons in the community, but because I know his work, the pride he takes in his skill, he gives all his surgical patients direct access to him through his cell phone (wonderful while you are recovering), he is professional, punctual, respectful and has a bedside manner that I try to emulate in my own practice. more

I am very pleased with this doctor and his staff. I felt very welcomed and was treated very well. The doctor was friendly and actually had time to explain everything thoughly so I could understand. I would highly recommend this office and doctor. more

Great service 12/15/2010

I have sent patients to him that were not fortunate enought to have insurance and not once, was a patient ever turned away from him. Either the patients I sent were accomadated by having fees reduced or he treated / operated on my patient and wrote the procedure off---AT NO CHARGE TO THE PATIENT. (He can no longer do this as he has sold parts of his surgery center and has other shareholders). more

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, GREAT DOCTOR 11/16/2010

All I can say is I am very satisfied with my overall experience. My breathing problems are gone, I stopped snoring. Yeah! I have had this problem for many years, seen many doctors. I can not thank Dr Beltran enough. Just watch out what you read. As a resturaunt owner I know these sites are used by competetors and other vendictive people to lower your ratings and ruin your reputation. more

A HAPPY NOSE 11/15/2010

I was very happy with this doctor. He diagnosis my longterm problem that I have live with for a long time. I have seen many doctors for this ENT problem and he is the only one that helped me. The staff was very nice and it was a overall good experience. He knows his stuff and I would highly recommend him. I can breath and food taste so much better. more

Extremely happy... 10/20/2010

I am very happy with both cosmetic and functional surgeries Dr. Beltran performed on me several years ago. I just recommended a friend to Dr. Beltran who had a lady lump Augmentation. She was so happy she recommended several of her friends. He was nothing but personable to me and took the time to really explain things. He did leave me waiting on some appointments, but he is a doctor and I understand that sometimes surgeries run late and that cannot be avoided. I went to several doctors before I decided to use Dr. Beltran and out of all 4 that also came highly recommended he is the doctor that made me feel the most comfortable. I had nothing but a positive experience with Dr. Beltran and am sending my boyfriend to see him for his deviated septum. more

Great, Caring Doctor! 10/18/2010

Dr. Beltran was my Doctor a few years back, I went to see him after my nose was broken in a car accident. Dr. performend rhinoplasty on my nose, and fixed my deviated septum and actually made my nose look much better than it was prior to the accident. He was a great Doctor and was very caring, I remember one time him and his family were on their way out of town for a wknd vacation and they stopped and had breakfast in my city, he phoned me at home to make sure I was doing alright. Not many Doctors do those things...I would recommend him and plan to go back to him for any other problems I may have.? more

Thrilled with the way I look! 8/19/2010

It was really embarrassing to me to have a small chest. I talked to Dr. Beltran about what I wanted and we decided what kind of increase would look most natural for me. With breast augmentation, I went from an A-cup to a C-cup and I am thrilled with the way I look. Now I love buying pretty bras and wearing a swimsuit.? more
